These are now my favorite jeans… I love highwasted pants and have my whole life…. I’m a mom of two now and realizing I might not be able to fit back in my favorites for a long time if ever. So I got some jeans! I’ve gotten soooo many pairs and none were right. These are so great!
They are really flattering. They are firm/fitting but don’t hug my mom belly and make it more noticeable but it actually some how makes it look less pouchy.. idk how. On top of that the waist is stretchy so when I sit down I can breath and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Sooo flattering and I can do everything I need to do with out feeling like I’m ready to take everything off and hop in sweatpants

Glad to get back to “mom” jeans and be able to climb stairs, without my jeans sliding down as mid rise have a tendency to do. I live in a three level condo and am climbing stairs all the time, and hate having to pull my jeans up because the slid down off the hip like the “modern fit” does…Same thing if you bend over. These are just right, although even the petite short, I have to roll up once, as I am to lazy to hem. (I am 5′ 2″) I like the rolled pant leg look so all is well. They do not have back pockets, which turns out I like very much, as I never use them anyway, and it makes it more comfortable “behind”. The only thing I don’t like is the difficulty with getting the fly unbuttoned, as the button hole is too narrow for an easy and quick release, for that run to the bathroom. Once again the industry missed the fact that women have to undo buttons on their pants to go to the bathroom, where men (they get everything) don’t, (except on occasion), But, anyway the point is, a simple “make the button hole opening longer” would be an easy fix, don’t you think? Nobody cares about little details that have a big impact anymore.

I have purchased this style and size jeans for many years and have worn out several pair. (First I purchased from JC Penny and later found them on Amazon.) Until this purchase, they were the perfect length for a petite person who is 5’2″-5’3″. Now they are too long and I will have to pay to have them shortened or dig out my sewing machine and do it myself. I would return them, but I needed them for vacation and have worn them already with the cuff rolled up!

They are perfect! I had a Lee outlet near me and it went out of business. I thought I would give it a try and order the same kind online. I read in reviews that they are smaller. But mine were perfect. They fit just like the ones I had from the lee outlet. I am short and the funny thing was when I took them out of the box they looked like capris. But when I put them on they were exact. I thought boy I’m just that short. I love the deep pockets. But there only are pockets in the front. I knew that since I already had 2 pair. The pockets are so deep I keep my wallet in the front. I love these pants. To me they are my kick around home pants. Since they aren’t tight and I don’t have to worry about tearing a seam. They are nice and loose in my butt and thighs. They are exactly just like the ones I got a year ago at the outlet store.

Based the purchase size on previous pair. Selected same size. Current pair too big, length used to be around 26 inches. Why now 28 inches? Petite has a criteria, still at 5’3″ as far as I know, why 2 extra inches in length? I didn’t receive a memo about the change. Needed pants altered and shortened. What was the point? Good price? Not after having to pay extra for tailoring.

I have been wearing this brand and style for many years. When I went to replace a pair, they didn’t fit. So I compared them to my current pair and I found that the distance between the crotch and waistband was 2 inches shorter. That means that the pants now hit lower, below the waist instead of at the waist, and the regular size is now one size too small. I had to send them back.

I have worn these jeans for years and love them. Even though I get them in “short” they are still a couple inches longer than I would like. But they fit great every where else. Very good value for money. Last many years. They can be hard to find so glad Amazon is carrying them.

This is the second pair of jeans I’ve needed to return in two days. (the other one was a different brand and was returned for reasons other than the ones for this one). For me, these are one-star, but for others they could be five-star so I’m going midway with three-stars. My first negative was when I pulled the jeans out of the plastic bag. Strong odor hit me in the nose. It seemed to be chemical in nature. I figured that would wash out, though. Then I tried to unbutton them so I could try them on. It’s crazy how hard it was to get the button out of the button hole. REALLY difficult. But I did manage to unbutton them and put them on, though that too was a struggle. I ordered my size, but these were definitely too small. Returning them became my only sensible option. When getting them ready to put them back in the bag, I had to deal with the dreaded button again — this time to fasten it. Another BIG struggle. I almost gave up, but did finally get the button through the button hole.
I will say a few things in the jeans’ favor: the denim and workmanship seemed to be quite good (except for the button hole), and the petite 28″ inseam really was the length claimed.

These jeans are wonderful. The black is a true black. I ordered a 12P. I debated betwen a 12P and a 10P because my size on the chart is in-between. The are not so big that I want to return them, but next time, I will definitely order the smaller size.

Unlike the other Lee relaxed fit pants I purchased, the jeans are an inch longer. I expected a 28 inch inseam and these are 29, almost 30. Otherwise the fit is great. I don’t miss having back pockets as long as my phone fits in the front pocket. The front pockets are deep enough so the phone stays put.
The fabric isn’t too heavy. I think I can wear them year round.
Comfort waist is great. Some days I’m between sizes and that’s when the comfort waist is perfect.
The rise is at my waist or a bit above. Someone mentioned the button was too big for the button hole and one pair of my jeans had that problem so I snipped the button hole a bit to accommodate the button. Washed the jeans and didn’t notice the button hole was falling apart so problem solved.

Zipper ! I am so annoyed at the introduction of short zippers. I have seen women of all ages and weights, and I have never seen these short waisted jeans look well on anyone, bar none ! Another important feature is the deep and substantial pockets ! This brand and style of women’s jeans is the only one I have seen that is acceptable in the style of the pockets to me. I put my keys, my phone, ect. in my pockets because I don’t want the weight of my handbag on my shoulder. These jeans used to be far more available, like JC Penny, Farm and Fleet and others. But, at this time no one but Amazon offers them. Love them !

These jeans are SO MUCH larger at the hips than what the size chart says.
Actual measurements across 10P jeans when laid flat:
Hips = 24.5″
Top of waist band =16″ (without stretching elastic).
Thigh at top of inseam = 14.25″.
Inseam = 28″.
Bottom leg opening = 7.75″.
From crotch to top of waistband in FRONT=13.25″, and 16.25″ in BACK.
So the hips measure 24.5” (x 2) = 49” around, and the size chart says 40”. The actual waist measurement matches the size chart, so if you have very generous hips and thighs, these are the jeans for you !!
Tag on jeans says “mid rise”, but these are definitely high rise, all the way to the waist.
They are hard to button and unbutton because the hole is too small.
I bought 2 other Lee jeans recently (Riders by Lee) in the same size 10P, also relaxed fit, and both of them were so tight that I couldn’t even get them on all the way. So Lee’s sizing is all over the place, and doesn’t match their size chart.
I exchanged these for a size 8P, which have the following measurements when laid flat:
Hips = 22.5″ (x2 = 45”, and size chart says 39”).
Top of waist band = 14.5″ (without stretching elastic).
Thigh at top of inseam = 13.25″.
Inseam = 29″.
Bottom leg opening = 7″.
From crotch to top of waistband in FRONT= 12″, and 15″ in BACK

These are my choice of pant. i think this is my 6th pair, and i have worn out 2. section of elastic at waist creates comfort. They fit on my actual waist. Pockets large enough to actually put things in, and a “watch” pocket for ear plugs. No back pockets, but i never used those anyway. Thick cotton like i expect of good-quality jeans. Protect from minor cuts and scratches. They do not attract hair and Lint from whatever i rub against. — PERFECT for me.
