I wanted to love these jeans. I saw in the reviews the thighs ran big but since I have thick thighs I thought it would be ok. But no, the thighs do run big coming from a big thigh girl. They waist was true to size and liked the length. I’m tired of skinny jeans so these were nice expect the looseness. If you don’t want to be super tight then these are the jeans for you.

If this helps someone figure out what size for Lee Mom jeans: I wear size 12 Lee Skinny leg and size 12 Unforgettable Skinny Wrangler for out and about, but wanted a looser jean to wear when I’m mostly around the house, sitting, house working, etc. So size 12 Lee Mom jeans are definitely “MOM” jeans, and they have the looser leg fit that I was looking for. I probably could have been happy with a size 10 except I bet the waist would be too tight. However, I am keeping these because next winter I may want to wear yoga pants under this pair of size 12 MOM jean for winter walking, and by then a size 10 mom jean should be just right around the house. Update: I wish I had not torn the tags off, and returned them for a 10 instead, even if the size 10 waist I’d have to wait to fit into as I lose weight. These size twelve “mom” jeans are just too baggy for even just wearing them around my apartment. Perhaps they will shrink a little…I’m washing them now, but I think another reviewer was correct…get a size smaller than the size you wear for skinny jeans.

Love these jeans, unbelievable price!! . I’m. 5’4 145lbs normally wear size 10. Bought the 10-Short. High waist and butt was comfortable , but too much loose material in the thigh and leg. Returned for 8-S and tho are little tighter around the waist , but not uncomfortable. Legs and length are a perfect fit. Definitely order 1 size down.

I’m approaching 70 and haven’t worn jeans for at least a decade. I decided it might be fun to have some jeans. I purchased the Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda jeans as well as these. Both quite reasonably priced at $20. I purchased the same size in each pair. These Lee jeans fit my particular body better than the Amanda jeans. The Amanda jeans have a loose waistband that either needs a belt or an alteration. The waistband on the Lee jeans is not too tight but there is no gap that needs either a belt or an alteration. I have a 29” inseam and these jeans are the perfect length for me. They hit right at the top of my foot. The color looks exactly like the color on the advertisement for these jeans. There was no chemical odor. The fabric is thicker than on the Amanda jeans but not too thick. I like the fact that they are mostly cotton. In my opinion cotton retains its shape better than a fabric with a higher synthetic content. I haven’t washed them yet but since they are not skin tight on me I think they will be fine.

These jeans are soft and perfect for someone with shorter legs like me. I am a size 16 which is what I bought even though Amazon recommended a size 18. The 16 fits perfectly in the length and waist. I tend to gravitate more towards the “mom jean” look and these do the trick. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because they are a little funky in the crotch area. Could just be me, could just be my body type, but they just don’t fit as nicely across that area like my other mom jeans do.

Received US size 8 medium. Sizing lore says AU12 should be a US10. Also, the provided Lee size chart indicates there is no way I could fit in an 8. They fit anyway – a little snug but I’m happy to keep them – I want to order more… but now I have no idea what order would actually give me the next size up. It seems like I have to go elsewhere to have any idea what size I’m actually going to receive.

I ordered an 8 long based on reviews saying sizing is off and they fit pretty well around the waist and hips. They are kind of short, the “long” size is right at my ankles. I would definitely recommend sizing up.

I loove these jeans! I was looking for a brand that was comfortable but fit well for curves iam more muscular but my weight fluctuates so I didn’t want to spend over $100 for jeans that might not fit in a few months. I’m 5’3 so I need pants that come in short which these do and hit right above the ankle like I like them to. They are a little tighter in the ankle than I prefer but for the price I will get used to it! I’ve already ordered another pain in another color and will most likely get another after that if those are the same quality!

I’m giving two less stars because when I received the jeans they smelled horrible and worn. There was a THICK perfume smell on the jeans. They had all the tags just stunk. On the inside tags they seemed worn. I don’t know if I got a used pair they retagged or what. However, I do like the jeans. They fit well and are very comfortable. I’m 5’4” and 170lbs. I ordered a size 12 and they fit perfectly.

I sized up because sometimes I wear a 4 nowadays but some sizes run small in jeans and I kind of expected that with these jeans so I went for a 6 Regular. So I am short and only 5’3” but these jeans aren’t really that long plus I want to tuck them into boots in the winter as it’s getting cold out this time of year. The fit is not too loose maybe kinda baggy which I like. A size 4 probably would have been okay but definitely not practical for Thanksgiving dinner and sitting for long car rides to visit family for the Holidays.
This time I am definitely all about comfort and even though these are “Mom jeans” they actually look pretty good on my 54 year old bod! Husband approves so I’m happy with them!

Little did I know I would now be coming back to buy more in other shades. I am 5’4”, 155 lbs, and got a size 12 based off measurements I took. I was on my period so I do think a 10 would fit me as well, because there is comfy stretch to these pants. They are truly high waisted but I love that. Classic mom jeans win with extra stretch and comfort. After wearing them several hours walking around trick or treating, they did loosen like most jeans too, so that’s another reason I want to try a size 10. But with my weight fluctuations these will remain a commonly worn pair of pants. Hard to tell in the photos how high the waist is. But you can see there’s some looseness in the legs after 3 hours of wearing them when the pic was taken. I also felt the regular length was fine for someone on the shorter side. Classic 80’s fit, which is perfect for what I was looking for.

I am around 125 +/- depending on the day. I round up my height to 5′ – easier than saying 4’11 3/4″! The waist is a little tighter than I like & there is relatively no stretch in the waistband. My waist is thicker than I like so I am particular about the waistband on pants. I would prefer more stretch in this waistband. It would help me a lot. I got the regular length & it is perfect for my 5′ frame. Might be too short on taller gals. I do like the way these pants fit. I will probably order more once I decide if I should move up to a 12. I don’t want the pants baggy but I do want a little larger waistband. Overall – very nice jeans.

Lee finally decided to bring back high waist jeans! I have worn Lee’s and Riders since the ’80’s. I would say these are a slim fit, run true to size and are truly high rise. Just perfect for my body. I prefer 100% cotton jeans but they are nearly non existent these days. These have spandex but I can usually get two wears out of them before washing. Soft and comfy!

I’ll be sure to update this if need be but right out of the packaging, the fit of these jeans is wonderful! I ordered the 14 long since a lot of ppl recommended sizing up in the reviews. I’m glad I did. For reference, I’m just shy of 5’8 & my weight fluctuates pretty steadily btwn 185-190 lbs. I like my pants form fitting but not tight & these are right on the money. They sit right on the narrowest part of my waist & actually cover my ankles. lol.. if these hold up as well as they fit out of the bag, I’ll be sure to order every color bc you can’t really beat the price. The only other jeans I’ve found to be both flattering & this comfy are AE high waisted strigid mom jeans..

My favorite thing is these are 99% COTTON! I have so much trouble with jeans because today’s fashion has all of them made with plastic…polyester, spandex, elastane, etc.. There’s no gap in the waist band at all, which is HUGE! I ordered a 14 Regular based on the measurements, but they were too big, so went down to a 12 and they fit great! The length is good, hits just at the floor when I’m barefoot. I’ve read that they shrink (cotton of course) so we’ll see. I’ll probably air dry them so they don’t. I’ve always been a fan of Lee’s relaxed fit jeans that I used to be able to buy locally, but they changed them and they don’t fit right anymore. I highly recommend these, and I’m ordering another pair now!

I loove these jeans! I was looking for a brand that was comfortable but fit well for curves iam more muscular but my weight fluctuates so I didn’t want to spend over $100 for jeans that might not fit in a few months. I’m 5’3 so I need pants that come in short which these do and hit right above the ankle like I like them to. They are a little tighter in the ankle than I prefer but for the price I will get used to it! I’ve already ordered another pain in another color and will most likely get another after that if those are the same quality!

I’m giving two less stars because when I received the jeans they smelled horrible and worn. There was a THICK perfume smell on the jeans. They had all the tags just stunk. On the inside tags they seemed worn. I don’t know if I got a used pair they retagged or what. However, I do like the jeans. They fit well and are very comfortable. I’m 5’4” and 170lbs. I ordered a size 12 and they fit perfectly.

I sized up because sometimes I wear a 4 nowadays but some sizes run small in jeans and I kind of expected that with these jeans so I went for a 6 Regular. So I am short and only 5’3” but these jeans aren’t really that long plus I want to tuck them into boots in the winter as it’s getting cold out this time of year. The fit is not too loose maybe kinda baggy which I like. A size 4 probably would have been okay but definitely not practical for Thanksgiving dinner and sitting for long car rides to visit family for the Holidays.
This time I am definitely all about comfort and even though these are “Mom jeans” they actually look pretty good on my 54 year old bod! Husband approves so I’m happy with them!

Sizing lore says AU12 should be a US10. Also, the provided Lee size chart indicates there is no way I could fit in an 8.
They fit anyway – a little snug but I’m happy to keep them – I want to order more… but now I have no idea what order would actually give me the next size up. It seems like I have to go elsewhere to have any idea what size I’m actually going to receive.

Little did I know I would now be coming back to buy more in other shades. I am 5’4”, 155 lbs, and got a size 12 based off measurements I took. I was on my period so I do think a 10 would fit me as well, because there is comfy stretch to these pants. They are truly high waisted but I love that. Classic mom jeans win with extra stretch and comfort. After wearing them several hours walking around trick or treating, they did loosen like most jeans too, so that’s another reason I want to try a size 10. But with my weight fluctuations these will remain a commonly worn pair of pants. Hard to tell in the photos how high the waist is. But you can see there’s some looseness in the legs after 3 hours of wearing them when the pic was taken. I also felt the regular length was fine for someone on the shorter side. Classic 80’s fit, which is perfect for what I was looking for.

I am around 125 +/- depending on the day. I round up my height to 5′ – easier than saying 4’11 3/4″! The waist is a little tighter than I like & there is relatively no stretch in the waistband. My waist is thicker than I like so I am particular about the waistband on pants. I would prefer more stretch in this waistband. It would help me a lot. I got the regular length & it is perfect for my 5′ frame. Might be too short on taller gals. I do like the way these pants fit. I will probably order more once I decide if I should move up to a 12. I don’t want the pants baggy but I do want a little larger waistband. Overall – very nice jeans.

Lee finally decided to bring back high waist jeans! I have worn Lee’s and Riders since the ’80’s. I would say these are a slim fit, run true to size and are truly high rise. Just perfect for my body. I prefer 100% cotton jeans but they are nearly non existent these days. These have spandex but I can usually get two wears out of them before washing. Soft and comfy!

I’m glad I did. For reference, I’m just shy of 5’8 & my weight fluctuates pretty steadily btwn 185-190 lbs. I like my pants form fitting but not tight & these are right on the money. They sit right on the narrowest part of my waist & actually cover my ankles. lol.. if these hold up as well as they fit out of the bag, I’ll be sure to order every color bc you can’t really beat the price. The only other jeans I’ve found to be both flattering & this comfy are AE high waisted strigid mom jeans..

I love the fit of these jeans when they are first put on in the morning. The only downside is that they stretch out as the day goes on and then are less flattering. I still have multiple pairs of them because they aren’t too tight and the material is comfortable.
