The color of the denim is not as pictured, I saw this in another review for another color as well. Comfortable, stretchy, runs a little big.

A lot of shorts are either way too long or way too short – these ones have a perfect length. You’re not gonna show bits you don’t want people to see, but they’re also not overly long either. I’m 129 at 5’2″ and ordered a medium. They seem super comfy and also very stretchy. I’m ordering two new pairs in the small size – I think the medium is a smidge too big for me (mostly because they are so stretchy). They also have a very small (intended) slit on the bottom sides of the shorts – helpful to avoid any splitting issues. Also, the material is good – soft, not stiff like some jean shorts can be. Anyway, I like em enough to want at least two pairs.
tldr; comfy and flattering shorts, might size down due to stretchiness

I love these shorts. HOWEVER, the variance in sizing in length especially is not acceptable. The pink ones fit perfectly … I also bought the blue jean version (a bit too large) and the white – WAY too small. These are the same EXACT jean shorts, same tears; same name with one button only high waisted … something is wrong here.

This was listed as a frequently returned item. I don’t know why. I love the shorts. I’m 5’7, 150 pounds, 63 years old. It kept telling me to buy a large. They are stretchy so I went with a medium which I’m so glad I did. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but these are so flattering. Got the pink. Love them.

I’m roughly 5’7 and 195, with curvy hips, a mom tummy, and big thighs. I ordered the 2X and they fit perfect. They’re also stretchy, so the more you wear them the looser they can become if you don’t run them through the dryer after washing to shrink them. I actually love these shorts! They’re so cute and comfortable, not too tight on my thighs and not too low waisted, they come up to a couple inches below my belly button. Don’t hesitate, just buy them 💜

So I was in a pinch to order shorts for my upcoming road trip honeymoon, and I made the mistake of ordering 3 of these shorts in different colors.
I’m 5’6″, 122 lbs, waist 26″, hips 34″.. small fits comfortably. The shorts are definitely stretchy and in my honest opinion, overly-frayed.. look good from the back and the side. However, the front is just sub-par. It’s almost as it the shorts were cut out from men’s jeans.. too much extra fabric by the crotch. Therefore, when you take a step, they bunch up in a very unflattering way. It makes it look like I have external bits, if you know what I’m saying.!
Seeing as they’re still comfortable and don’t look toooo hideous and I simply just don’t have enough time to experiment with other jeans right now, I’ll keep them. But I definitely won’t purchase these again.. and in fact, it’s scarring me from making future Amazon clothing purchases again.
