The material is rather stiff and there’s an annoying patch on the back that just says jeans which is dumb looking lol. I’m not sure if washing would help but the other two that I had ordered previously are really soft denim and really comfortable at this pair is stiff.

I didn’t want them skin tight as I’m not a teenie bopper. Mid 30s here. I like my shorts a little tight. BUt not falling off. Tight enough that my booty looks nice but not cutting off my thighs. I have not washed them yet. This is straight out of package pics. They are super soft and have stretch to them so a big BBQ party with beers or an all you can eat buffet won’t cut my air supply off. If you are like me, and constantly disappointed by pants that look high waisted in the picture, but when they arrive, they barely reach your hip before becoming uncomfortably tight in the crotch yet still too big around the waist; DO NOT GET THESE SHORTS. The picture shows shorts that sit at the natural waist comfortably while retaining some room at the crotch. In reality the pants I received are both too wide around the waist but still too tight to sit at my natural waist. Don’t waist your money on these shorts. I will definitely be returning them.

I Love these shorts! I like the length, the style and the quality! For reference, I am 5’4”, 135 lbs, waist is 34” and hips are 38, ordered a size Medium. The rolled up, frayed, hem is actually STITCHED up, so the won’t ever roll down!♥️ They have a lot of stretch in them, which I don’t need the benefit of, and wide leg openings. I probably could have gotten a size small, the stretch in the denim might then have gotten some use and they would have been snug in the waist. Overall, they are soooo comfortable!!

EDIT- I ordered another pair and they sent me completely different shorts, wrong style. I then ordered a different color same style and those were fine so I decided to try again with the first color/style (maybe it was just a mistake) and ordered another pair. They sent the wrong style of shorts again. So be careful because the picture doesn’t always match what they send.

I seriously love these shorts. Some other reviews complain about the cost for the material, and they make some good points, but I just LOVE the way these fit me. I have super long, slender legs and a small butt, and these are the perfect length/fit for me. I wore these to a concert with dancing and jumping, and they didn’t ride up at all. Very comfortable, although I do wish they were a little cheaper, considering American Eagle shorts aren’t much more at all and have higher quality material.

Ok I never post pics and honestly these pics do these shorts not justice! I’m 5’7″ and 158lbs. I ordered a large and the fit PERFECTLY!! Great price too! I didn’t want them skin tight as I’m not a teenie bopper. Mid 30s here. I like my shorts a little tight. BUt not falling off. Tight enough that my booty looks nice but not cutting off my thighs. I have not washed them yet. This is straight out of package pics. They are super soft and have stretch to them so a big BBQ party with beers or an all you can eat buffet won’t cut my air supply off. Not to mention yuck week will be a breeze in these. I feel like I’ll be able to dress them up or down. Order them! Good quality! If you like them tight order down. A med. Would have fit me great prob tight. I wanted comfy and lady like.

I’m OBSESSED with these shorts. I first saw them on TikTok and had to try them. Got light blue and love how they fit my curves. I’m 5’0”, 146 lbs and have those in Large. I wear them so much, I ordered another pair in gray from Amazon. This large is SO MUCH BIGGER. Decided to get a medium just to compare, but they’re too tight and super short so I returned them.
I don’t think sizing is very consistent, even amongst the same color and style. Luckily returns are easier here than on TikTok shop where you have to pay shipping….
I don’t mind my shorts being loose, so large it is. The only issue is the butt…. It looks so saggy and frumpy. The fabric is soft and stretches a lot, so by the end of the day they look baggy, but the waist still fits fine. The graining is beautiful and it’s a nice shade of gray. I don’t normally like fringed but it looks pretty cool.
Highly recommend these if you have bigger thighs, hips, or curves in general! Try a size up if you like them loose.

If you’re like me and looking for affordable shorts, these are probably not the answer…

I Love these shorts! I like the length, the style and the quality! For reference, I am 5’4”, 135 lbs, waist is 34” and hips are 38, ordered a size Medium. The rolled up, frayed, hem is actually STITCHED up, so the won’t ever roll down!♥️ They have a lot of stretch in them, which I don’t need the benefit of, and wide leg openings. I probably could have gotten a size small, the stretch in the denim might then have gotten some use and they would have been snug in the waist. Overall, they are soooo comfortable!!

The shorts I received were not the same color as pictured and the back pockets were not as pictured. The back pocket has stitching on them. The shorts are described as mid waist but are definitely high rise.
Yes, they are comfortable and stretchy, I will give them that.
