This Tankaneo Women’s Denim Bomber Jacket Zip Up Cropped Lightweight Jean Jacket Fall Casual Outerwear with Pockets (Small, Light Blue) is very thin. It is perfect for spring or when it starts to get a bit chilly in the morning. It fits a bit large; I wish it ran true to size. The small fits like a medium. It is still wearable, but not as flattering as I had hoped. It is a cute sporty jacket, but it is definitely a vibe. I think it would look cute with some joggers as a more casual sporty outfit. It is made okay, again, the fabric is thin. The fit is okay, for the price, I wish it were more flattering.

I’m not a fan of this jacket. The cut feels awkward and shapeless, and it gives off a slightly cheap look. It’s more of an oversized jacket in the width. I also don’t like the contrast of the white threading against the black fabric. The only positive is that it’s mostly cotton, but beyond that, I wouldn’t order it again.

  3. Happy Feet

    Quality is not the greatest:
Fit: despite being XXL and big everywhere, the zipper almost could not come together
Style: good except the ends of the sleeves being a big larger than expected, but if you’re a hands in pockets person, might look OK.
Material: cheaply sewn and unlined. Whatever chemicals they used to process this leaves an almost scratchy burning sensation on my skin.
I may wear a few times, but only if it doesn’t give me an asthma attack after a few washes and I use a long sleeved shirt.

  4. S. Rotvik

The material is flimsy and the color is not pretty. The black color is faded but not in a stylish way. The sleeves are wide all through the entire length. The contrast stitching is not perfect and makes it look cheesy. But the sizing is true.

The jacket was made of a nice, solid denim material so I liked the weight and feel. I also felt the zipper was solid. I got the black color and the zipper was a nice bronzed/gold color. I washed the jacket because it did have a slight odor to it and it held up well in the washer/dryer. I really like the high collar for style and also to keep my neck warm. It’s not too long, coming to just below the top of my waist on my pants. If I wear a longer shirt, it will stick out the bottom.

I only gave it 3 stars because the sleeves are really huge. They are like bell bottom pants on my arms. The cuffs are wider than the rest of the sleeve and the sleeve is long, almost covering my fingers. Also, the inside pockets were not sewn all the way together on either side, so they would not hold anything.

Overall, it looks just like the photo but I didn’t think the sleeves would be so big. I like that it’s different than a regular denim jacket but it’s just not right for me.

I ordered this jacket in Dark Blue, size XL (for reference: 5’4”, 175 lbs, breast cancer survivor without reconstruction). It arrived vacuum packed and wrinkled, but most wrinkles fell out after hanging, and a light press will take care of the rest.

The cropped style hits right at my hip bones—not too short, which works well for my short-waisted frame. The gathered elastic hem sits comfortably and creates a flattering shape. One of my favorite features is the wide, kimono-style sleeves. They’re roomy, fun to style, and can be worn folded up at the wrist or long and drapey. The white contrast stitching adds a nice detail, and the jacket has functional side pockets and a sturdy zipper.

For my flat sisters: I found this jacket a great style to wear. It’s flattering, comfortable, and allows free movement with no restriction.

It’s unlined and lightweight, making it a perfect fall layer for cool mornings without being bulky. Overall, I’m delighted with the quality and style—this feels more versatile and flattering than many jean jackets I’ve owned.
I rate this jacket a 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Stylish, flattering, comfortable, and perfect for light layering.

This jean jacket feels more unique compared to the usual outerwear I see people wearing, so it definitely stands out—and to me, that makes it cool to wear! The stand collar gives it a handsome, stylish touch that adds to its overall look.

The fabric is lightweight and comfortable, not stiff like traditional denim jackets, which makes it easy to wear through spring and fall. For sizing, the sleeves on the small run a bit long, covering the hands if you don’t have long arms. But that actually works out well in colder weather since it provides extra coverage without needing gloves. The bomber style looks flattering on most body types when worn unzipped. However, zipped up, the elastic hem (waistband) may not be the most flattering fit for those with wider hips.

Overall the jacket is great. Comfortable to wear, easy to pair with almost any long pants. It’s machine washable and should be treated like any other jeans.

A stylish and soft denim bomber jacket, that can be dressed up or down! It is not the thicker, stiffer typical jeans material, but a softer, easier on the skin kind of denim. It’s quite thin, and not lined, so it’s better suitable for the fall or spring, and won’t be warm enough for the winter. The rustic zipper adds a touch of casual to the style. The sleeves are a little longer, and the wrist area is a little wide, like bell shape, which I think is pretty cute! Overall, it has good value for money, i just wish that it comes lined.

Such a cute little jean jacket. It has pockets! If you know, you know lol. Very nice jean material, not thin a skimpy, but not heavy that it makes it uncomfortable. The siding is spot on, I ordered my regular size and it fits fine. Does provide stretch and has elastic around the waist. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of it the wrists. They’re cut very wide, but that mat be the new “in” thing. I just prefer my sleeves to keep the wind out and not invite it in lol. All in all, pleased with the jacket and will be perfect for fall weather. You can definitely wear this over a sweater and it won’t be too much.

A great modern take on a classic. This denim bomber is a solid choice for a go-to spring or fall jacket. It’s lightweight enough for layering without being bulky and hits that sweet spot between casual and put-together.

    Pros:

Lightweight Comfort: The cotton-blend fabric is soft and comfortable, not stiff like some denim.
Super Versatile: Incredibly easy to style. It genuinely works with everything from jeans and a tee to a casual dress.
Stylish Details: The puffball elastic hem gives it a modern, trendy silhouette that stands out from a standard jean jacket.
Functional: Features a smooth zipper and practical side pockets.
    Cons:

Specific Fit: The cropped length and puffy hem are a distinct style that may not suit all body types or preferences.
Fabric Feel: While comfortable, the cotton/poly blend might lack the premium, heavy feel of 100% cotton denim for some.
The Verdict: A fashionable and functional jacket that’s perfect for everyday wear. A definite win if you’re looking for a comfortable, easy-to-style piece with a bit of a modern twist.
