I’m 5ft4, 32 bust, 26 waist and I ordered Size Small but I’m swimming in it.
Normally I’m fine with oversized but with how the fabric lays and the puffed sleeves this is too oversized for my frame. The shirt is accurate which is why 5-stars. Would of been great if an XS was offered. 🙂

Look. It’s fine. It’s cuter when I picture it in my head than when I put it on my body. On my body it looks a little…. pirate-y? 🏴☠️
As literally everyone has pointed out, the shirt is short. Not only is it short, it’s made even more short by the large slits on either side. Easy to fix with a cami underneath. Or nothing if you’re still young and cute.
The sleeves are a little…. weird. Poufy. The seams are past the shoulders. Looks weird rolled up. Looks weird down. The shirt is wide.
But here’s what I like. The neckline is gorgeous. The color is fantastic. The fabric is heavy. It’s looked cute with a white cami and white jeans. I’ve worn it to work with navy work pants.
It’s pirate-chic, and I’m here for it.

This shirt has that vintage 70s boho vibe to it. Its surprisingly lightweight to be denim. I love the washed out color. It fits great, looks great, and is comfortable. Good quality garment.

The V Neck is cut very low. I will need to wear a shirt underneath this top. I would have liked a longer length.

I kind of like the look, but be warned — this has a VERY deep side-slit (see photo) that goes way up! I’d say the opening is to about mid-rib on me, but I’m tall. I was wearing a shirt under this already and I think that’s going to be the rule for this one. I haven’t tried laundering it yet so I’m not sure how much smaller it will get in the wash. It’s probably already as short as I’m willing to tolerate in the sleeves and overall length.

This is not a thick denim. It’s lightweight and soft which makes it super comfortable with the slouchy fit. The neckline does go pretty low, so depending on your taste you might want a cami or more coverage under it. The style is cute and it’s a great fall transistion piece.

This is a very strange top and I cannot say much positive about it.
I ordered a medium in black thinking that would be a safe bet. It arrived smashed in one of those compression bags, and smelled horrible when I opened it. This is a very strange top. The first thing I noticed was that the fabric was not in the slightest bit soft. It is stiff and uncomfortable. I gave it one last chance and tried it on. It was a very strange design..way too wide at the bottom, sleeves are very long, and the cuffs on the sleeves are gigantic. It could be cute, but needs to be redesigned.
The whole garment doesn’t have much going for it.

Let me say that I happen to really like this top. I will be sporting it with white bike shorts this weekend. The quality is very nice, sturdy and I like the rugged edges. I washed and dried it, and there wa a little shrinkage and tightening up, but the fit hasn’t changed. That said…
I think that the body type that this will compliment is very narrow (in type, not the top itself). I am 5’6″, very boy-shaped and about 140 lbs. I about a size 6, and a 36C. I will pull it off, but I can say that one inch in the length or width would be a no-go for me. If you’re curvy, you’re not going to like it. If you’re tall, you’re not going to like it. For these reasons I can’t say it’s a universal win. I am knocking 2 stars as I think it’s very overpriced.

I’m 4’11” and ordered a size small—this top fits perfectly with that ideal oversized, relaxed vibe. The denim is soft, lightweight, and super comfortable—not stiff like some jean tops can be. I love the casual, trendy cut with the raw hem and puff sleeves. It gives a flattering shape without being too bulky.
The V-neck and subtle high collar add a bit of flair, making it easy to dress up or down. I paired it with a bold striped maxi skirt, and it gave me that chic-meets-laid-back look I love. This piece has become a go-to in my wardrobe!

Believe it or not, this top is better than pictured. It’s made of thick, soft, denim fabric with good stitching and held up in the wash beautifully (I did not put it in the dryer, just in case). It may be a bit too heavy to wear this summer but I can’t wait to put it on this autumn when the weather gets a little cooler. I am 5’1″, 145 lbs and ordered a medium, which looks adorable, relaxed, and a little slouchy – perfect. I almost took a star off because it required two complete washings to get the smell out, but it’s worth it.

Sadly I returned this item. Fabric was very stiff although it might soften if you washed it. Way too big at the top and slimmer at the bottom. If you have a little tummy it won’t work. Also way too short

I wear an xl in shirts and am 5’7” with a higher waist. This hits around the top of my hips. The sleeve length is perfect. The material is a little on the thinner side, so it’s not heavy or hot. How ever the width of the shirt is a little big and can look frumpy if you don’t dress up your outfit. The color is good.

I watched this top for a while before deciding to buy it. It is a really cute, nice quality but it seemed a bit stiff. The fit was really boxy and because of the stiff fabric, it didn’t flow the way I would have liked. The sleeve can be worn down or pulled up and the color of the fabric was true to the picture. The shirt was wrinkled when I received it but as with most denim, it wouldn’t likely wrinkle easily. This is a really cute top, but the style and stiffness just weren’t for me.

Very cute denim shirt! Oversized with nice detail..triple stitched, fringe bottom and small slits on both sides. Even the back has nice detail work. The weight of the fabric is perfect.. not flimsy but not too heavy. The front v neck is low so could easily layer a camy or tshirt underneath.

Perfect fit. I’m typically a large or XL. Shoulders felt like they might be tight at first, but once over my head they aren’t at all. (I do have very broad shoulders.) I wish it was a tad longer for personal preference, it hit right at my hips/top of jeans. Lightweight. Same color as picture. As soft as it can be for the type of fabric. I am not “big chested” I’m a 38C and it fits great in the chest are for me. If you’re bigger it might be tighter. Not giving 5 stars because I feel the size chart could be better.

Very flattering top! 5’8” 165 lbs, ordered XL and very happy with item. My recommended size was L, but I like loose fit. I was expecting it to be a little oversized and it’s perfect. The length is between hip and waist. I’m 67 and this style is a little hippie and I love it. I may go back and get another color. 😉
