This is a weird stretchy super light material, not denim as advertised. The tag says it’s 100% cotton but I find that hard to believe as there is quite a bit of strech to it. Colour is ok, but it’s cut weird with super high side slits, and just super lightweight and weird. Not denim. I should have known better 🙂

A nice shirt, well made. It’s not the true chambray denim that I wanted (like my favorite one that I’ve had for years and years — worn out now). True chambray is just too expensive these days and I wanted it mainly to just wear working around the house and garden. Washes well, not much wrinkling, no shrinking, but I only put that type of thing in the dryer for a minute or two to fluff and then hang to dry.

I’m disappointed because I originally ordered a large in the color Beau Beau and I loved the style of it. The color of it was exactly what I was looking for the material was so soft and I absolutely loved the shirt, but it was too large. So then I ordered a medium in the same color, but when it arrived, it was obviously not the same shirt. The buttons are not the same. There’s not even the same pockets on the front, the color is a lot darker and the materials a lot more stiff in the size medium. I was confused and thought maybe I clicked the wrong color so I ordered a third shirt and size medium in the same color Beau beau, but received the same darker color, blue shirt as before, not the original material and color like the large , I am unsure why they are different just from size large to size medium or if someone made a mistake twice and packaged the wrong shirt. I am unsure how to contact the store and unfortunately I have run out of time to keep ordering the same shirt over and over again, hoping that I get the right Shirt that I want. If you look at the pictures, the one I love is the lighter shade blue on top, that’s a large. The bottom shirt is medium and is dark, and not even the same style shirt, different buttons and pockets

while I like the material of this shirt, I was really disappointed by the way the sleeves attach to the body of the shirt. The sleeves are really wide and attach almost at waist level. This causes it to feel constricting when moving your arms. Also, the side slits on this shirt are quite high. I was hoping for a loose-fitting button up denim shirt and instead got an awkwardly fitting loose-ish denim shirt. I would not buy this style again and will be looking more closely at sleeve attachments in my future shopping.

The reason for the 4 stars is bc the measurements are Not so. I bought a XXL bc the measurement guide said 20-22 @ I believe 54” bust. I would say just a bit overstated. I’m a true 52 to 53” bust and I could not button this shirt. I can only wear it opened. For me, this was fine bc I wore it on vacation over all my sleeveless sundresses. Even with that, I would buy again in another color. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak to that but overall, a good shirt.

while I like the material of this shirt, I was really disappointed by the way the sleeves attach to the body of the shirt. The sleeves are really wide and attach almost at waist level. This causes it to feel constricting when moving your arms. Also, the side slits on this shirt are quite high. I was hoping for a loose-fitting button up denim shirt and instead got an awkwardly fitting loose-ish denim shirt. I would not buy this style again and will be looking more closely at sleeve attachments in my future shopping.

I can’t imagine that cut would fit any body style, though clearly from the pictures some women look great in the shirt. I might have gotten a “lemon”. The reason for the 4 stars is bc the measurements are Not so. I bought a XXL bc the measurement guide said 20-22 @ I believe 54” bust. I would say just a bit overstated. I’m a true 52 to 53” bust and I could not button this shirt. I can only wear it opened. For me, this was fine bc I wore it on vacation over all my sleeveless sundresses. Even with that, I would buy again in another color. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak to that but overall, a good shirt.

This is a weird stretchy super light material, not denim as advertised. The tag says it’s 100% cotton but I find that hard to believe as there is quite a bit of strech to it. Colour is ok, but it’s cut weird with super high side slits, and just super lightweight and weird. Not denim. I should have known better 🙂
