These are made pretty well, the color is exactly as pictured, the fit is great. They’re a teeny bit not so great with ironing. They come out of the dryer pretty wrinkled, and the ironing pretty much takes care of it, but even steaming them, they’re not like new after the first wash. They’re not bad, just not great. However, for the price, they’re really good. I kind of want to give them the 5 stars, but the ironing thing….but they’re better than 4 stars for the comfort and they look good.

They look good and fit well, and my only comment would be that rather than just a single button above the fly, it would be nice to have an inside flap with another button or hook as well. My son was complaining that all of his khakis fit too tight over his butt and thighs. He lifts weights a lot so that might explain the problem. Anyway, I looked up “athletic cut pants” and selected these in 33Wx34L. He loved how they fit around the butt and legs but the waist was too large. Going to try a 32W instead. Maybe with athletic cut pants there’s more room for the butt so you end up needing a smaller waist. We’ll see with the next pair.

These pants are well constructed. The fit is just right and they also have some stretch. Comfortable standing, walking, and sitting. Amazing value for the quality you get. Sizing seems to be very accurate. The weight of the pants is just right, not too heavy and not too thin. They seem to be somewhat breathable and good for all temperature ranges.

I love this brand of pants for my teenager who is 6’5” bit has a 31” waist. It is impossible to find pants with a long leg!!
We order the 36” length and it fits him perfectly… until I wash and dry it. They end up shrinking an inch or so upwards when out in the dryer.
So… you may want to consider buying a size longer than you’d normally wear. But they are great quality for the money. Especially for a teen that goes through clothes!

Good for the price. They seem to be about the same quality as Old Navy chinos. The fit on these is good overall but the length seems a bit off. I normally buy 30L, but was wanting something a bit shorter for my boots, so I got 29L, and they still bunched up a bit near my ankles. Personally, I prefer Bonobos chino 2.0, Express, or Banana Republic, but since Target wants to charge designer brand prices, these are a great alternative for the price point.

Fantastic fit and quality at a very low price, I usually pay between $50 and $100 for pants not because I want to but because that’s what they normally cost to get a piece of quality clothing that fits well and will last, I googled lightweight, cotton, chino style pants to wear for the summer, and these came up and were less than half of the least expensive pair that were comparable. Because I was so pleased with the Amazon essentials cotton hoodie because of the quality and fit I decided I’d go ahead and try these and I was very pleasantly surprised, and so is my wife , she loved the fit Also, I was a little apprehensive because of the label Amazon essentials, which made it sound at least to me like it was just your basic piece of clothing, but it’s definitely not, the only thing I would watch for is all my other pants I normally wear a 30 length , in this oneI ended up having to order 29 so I would suggest ordering it an inch shorter in the length. The waist was fine, if you’re looking for a great buy and a great pair of pants stop looking just buy them!

I have several pairs of these chinos. The quality is reasonably good for the price. They hold up to regular wash and wear. The zipper is a good quality. The sizing is tricky. Chinos are traditionally worn snug without being tight. Thankfully, these come in nonstandard sizes. A waist size 34 is too loose and the 32 is too tight. The 33 inch waist is just right. The light colors are not see through and the dark colors do not fade. They may require a little ironing if you fail to immediately remove them from the dryer at the end of the cycle. A good value for the price, but check the price history before ordering.

Great pants made with strong but lightweight fabric that held up for over a year of weekly washes. Colors have faded a bit, but that’s expected with cotton trousers. I have a few pairs in multiple colors and sizing and construction is consistent across all of them. These are my go-to pants for athletic fit. They’re fitted but not tight.
Only drawback is the top button. It could use some better reinforcement since after a while its literally hanging on by a thread, but at this price, I can’t complain.

These pants are awesome. They are identical to Dockers and frankly you’d never know they were not Dockers. The material is soft. The one thing I noticed is that the button has already loosened so that concerns me. The zipper quality is fine. I would definately say it is a value for your money compared for higher price point for Dockers. The length is x28 was nice to find. I didn’t have to have the pants hemmed like I always do.

The fit is not really as described. Waist is fine. Hip and thigh have a generous amount of space but still don’t look bad, appropriate for “athletic” fit. From the knee down though it looks like a parachute. These fit more like relaxed style baggy jeans than “athletic” fit. If you need extra space these will probably be fine for you. But if you’re thinking these fit like other brands with “athletic” fit, they don’t. Leg opening is supposed to be straight, these are way to loose. This may also just be an issue with the 34 in inseam but it is a bit too long. I’m 6′ 4″ and every pair of pants or jeans I get are 34 in inseam. These are the first that the pant leg drags on the heel and bunches up a curtain around my ankles.
Positives are that the material feels like what you would expect sub $30 pants to feel like. Color is as described.

I’m 6ft 250 with a broad build, big thighs, and a bit of a belly. Bought the 38 x 31 and 38 x 22; the latter had a bit too much length for the cleaner look I wanted. These fit well,fitted but not tight. Very comfy fabric that breathes well. I traveled with them packed both rolled and folded neither method created much wrinkling and no “deep” wrinkles. They’re easy to iron. I’ve only washed in cold water and hung to dry; I’m hesitant to put them in the dryer. I’ll definitely be buying more colors.
