This jacket is great for transitional weather. I could wear it with a top and shorts, casual dress, or some leggings. So it’s pretty versatile. I wish the big pockets were side pockets instead, but it’s fine. I typically can wear a medium or large in tops, so knowing this was supposed to fit oversized, I purchased in a medium and love the fit. If I went with a large it’d probably feel to bulky. The jacket did have an odor to it when it first arrived, but I washed and the smell is gone.

Very cute shirt. Not super warm but suitable for mild fall days. I’m 5’7 and the arms are long enough for me. Very comfy and also true to size.

i like the fact that the jacket is oversized. ithe fabric is soft, not stiff. it is lighter than i expected but i still like it.

This is a great jacket. I ordered my normal size and it fit true to size, but is also very generously sized to have the baggy look, so if you like things a little more fitted you would need to size down but I love the big oversized look of it. It’s made of a nice denim material, but is not too heavy at all and being a roomy fit you can also wear a heavier sweater under it and really get away with wearing it a good portion of the year depending on where you live but is really best for the spring/fall type weather.
I love the big oversized pockets, but, they are placed a little awkwardly. The top opening you have to reach in to is high and that puts it at just an odd spot the way you have to reach your hand up and in. Moving the whole pocket down closer to the bottom of the jacket would’ve placed that opening at a better spot. It seems well made, all the metal buttons are attached well and there were no loose seams. I’m really pleased with this jacket and it will see lots of wear.

This denim jacket is military-grade heavy and I feel you could push through a dense forest in it if you had to, meanwhile looking fashion forward. The buttons take a while to fasten as they are big and heavy, and handle a bit like snaps.
I do think if the stars align correctly this can serve as a somewhat warm jacket if the weather is just a little on the cool side if you are going to a stylish outdoor event. It’s definitely too nice to wear for hiking in my opinion but it does seem like the kind of outerwear that could be highly protective so that might be an option.
In my first wearing I buttoned it up like a regular shirt, and I think it will work much better open over a lightweight contrasting outergarment, and we will be in business.

This ninety-five percent Rayon and five percent Polyester denim jacket has a button-down front and long sleeves. It is a distressed jacket that is designed to be relaxed and comfortable. There are two big flap hand pockets with buttoned cuffs and lapels. This is a versatile piece that can be worn with other clothing for a unique and jazzy look.
Because of its atmospheric look, you’re going to find this denim jack unique and specialized. Not many are going to like this look comfortable look. I wouldn’t suggest wearing this denim jacket to church and/or an office setting. If you work at a restaurant or warehouse, you will have a warmer reception. This is more appropriate for walking the dog, running errands, going to the movies, going for a walk, going shopping, going out to lunch with friends – anything casual.
Pair this jacket up with a cool pair of boots, flats, heels, or even a pair of hiking boots and you’ll have completed your ensemble.
This jacket is listed as hand wash only. Keep it separate from other clothing to avoid staining. Do not use bleach.
I would absolutely recommend this jacket to others. It fits great and is super comfortable.

I HAVE NEVERRRR FOUND SUCH A PERFECT OVERSIZED JEAN JACKET! I have been searching for a veryyyyy long time for one, and every SINGLE time the material is way too stiff and thick and made me look stocky or was not “Oversized” like it claimed and would end up fitting me perfectly which was not what I was going for either LOL. THIS ONE however, is SURELY an oversized fit and in a very flattering way. Even moreso, I do not feel as though I look stocky lol. For reference, I am 5’0, got an XL, and more on the bigger chested side so being short and having a bigger chest is really a hit or miss for Jean jackets. The reason I say that is because, I either end up looking chubby or like I said “stocky” (the girls who get it, get it😅😂) So this one I feel was very flattering. Not too thick of a material it has a medium thickness to it with a slight stretch. It’s very loose on the arms and lands right under my bum. It’s also really smooth on the inside not the type of material that makes you itchy, nor hot like some of the jean jackets I’ve tried before. Have plenty of breathing space in arms, and shoulder area (all around really). Doesn’t make you feel stiff, and as if you can’t move. Plenty of room to breathe and move. I HIGHLY SUGGEST BUYING IT. I can’t wait to wear it during fall 😍

…but didn’t really expect to find. When I set out on my search, this style of denim jacket was exactly what I had in mind. And usually, when you have a particular style in mind, it’s not easy to find something that lives up to your imagined ideal. So I was very surprised when I found this jacket after just a quick search. Though some of the reviewers mentioned issues with construction or fabric discolorations, I wanted to give it a try anyway, as I’ve had great luck with all my Amazon clothing purchases. With the exception of once having to make a size exchange, I’ve luckily never had to return an Amazon garment purchase in all the years I’ve been a customer. And having previously worked in women’s designer clothing, I’m pretty particular when it comes to construction and fabric quality, even if something is a bargain. So it’s very rewarding to add inexpensive but well-made items to replace a closet full of designer pieces that I no longer have the lifestyle for. Instead, I’m now mostly — and happily — wearing my Amazon finds.
This jacket arrived in perfect condition, well-constructed and without any flaws, and the fit was just as expected. Because the fabric is natural rayon, and not cotton denim, it’s not stiff, and feels soft to the touch, though it has enough structure to keep it from being sloppy or slouchy. And as rayon can hold up to years of washing and wear, I expect to have this jacket for years to come. The slightly oversized style makes it very comfortable, as well as allowing it work well as a top layer over even heavier sweaters, and without being constricting. I’m going to miss this jacket when I have to abandon it in the warmer months, but I’ll just have to get into San Francisco more often, where it’s almost always jacket weather, whatever the season.

I bought the XXL and I am 5’7″ and it fits prefect and goes down to the middle of my hip. The denim is not cheap and thin. It is a medium weight with nice silver buttons. The pockets are large, on each side front. I wanted one with a flannel lining, but am glad I didn’t get one as I would be real hot in it. With this jacket, I can wear what ever I want underneath to keep me extra warm. I can see that I will be getting a lot of use out of this jacket, as it will go with everything. Very good for the price.

I wouldn’t consider this denim jacket an OVERSIZED fit. According to the size chart a “Large” is suppose to be equal to a size “12-14” and a “X-Large” is suppose to equal a size “16-18”. I normally wear a size “14” but I ordered this jacket in size “X-Large” (one size up) hoping to get a looser fit. But, the jacket was TOO small to button it below my waistline. The jacket side seams taper – become progressively narrower – toward the bottom hem making it more narrow at the bottom than the bustline measurement. Wearing it over a sweatshirt or sweater would make it impossible to button it up.

I really like this jacket, I didn’t notice a weird smell like other reviews mention. It has a great oversized fit, is very comfortable and breathable, is very cute and flattering on many body types, and I really like the color. The material has a nice feel to it, very similar to denim, but I had to give 4 stars because it’s advertised as denim but the care tag clearly states it is 95% rayon and 5% polyester (denim is made from cotton). This will likely hinder the quality and longevity of the jacket, which is very unfortunate because I love it and want to keep it for a long time.

I bought this jacket on 01/01/2024. The bad smell is still there! Hang it in the room and the whole room will be filled with a bad smell! I can’t keep it anymore, I’m going to throw it away!

I’ve read every single review three times. I’ve ordered the jacket in two different sizes so I am qualified to tell you what you’ll need to know about this jacket. First; it is NOT oversized. However, it is not a contoured jacket either. It is boxy. Now; the reason I say it is not oversized is because I had to order up one or two sizes larger than I usually wear. I thought that since I can wear a medium, that a Large ‘oversized’ jacket would be perfect. Well, the large was boxy, but not oversized. It fit me like a roomy Medium. So, I returned the Large and ordered XL, which I neverrrrr wear? I am 5’ 2” and weigh about 165. As you can see from my pictures, I am not huge, but the XL fits me loose. The large also fit, but I wanted it LOOSE! I hope this helps you. In conclusion, it fits like a barn jacket. NO CONTOURING and boxy. If you want it really loose, order up at least one size. Oh, and yes – the stitching isn’t perfect. The button holes are tight and the denim is not high end. But I wanted a denim Barn Style Jacket with no hood. This was the best option I found and at a decent price.

Mine arrived with a missing button. You could see the pen mark where one was supposed to be sewn on but never a was, otherwise seemed it like the quality was good. It was true to the color and fit description but did have a bit of a smell when I opened it.

I’m 5.0 feet my weight is 209 I like the material and the way it looked on me it covers my flat butt I got in xL it did fit me the only down fall it’s missing a button and it has a bleach stain I don’t know how to return Amazon packages 😭
