My son doesn’t really like wearing jeans or shorts but he likes these because they are baggy and comfortable. I like the drawstring reach and cargo pockets.

These jean shorts fit well and are comfortable to wear for hours.
They look great, and they match with anything, which makes life a whole lot easier. The pockets are nice and big. I can store my wallet, phone, and other items in them.
Although these are jean shorts, the material is very soft, which makes them great for lounging around at home, going to events, and walking around for extended periods of time.
The drawstring works fine, and the color and design of the shorts look just as depicted in the images.

Fits larger that usual. I usually get a size Large for my 34 inch waist. The large fits more on the 36-38 range. The garter waist band takes up the slack. The back pockets are not real pockets, they are just style elements. Cargo pockets are real pockets.

Got these jeans for my husband. They run bigger than I expected but luckily there’s a drawstring in the elastic waist. The blue jean material is very heavy duty, very thick but really soft, surprisingly. Not a bad deal. They look pretty good on him too.
The stitching looks to be well done and should hold up in the wash for a reasonable while. They’ve been thru 2 washes since getting them and so far, so good. Nothing unraveling and no fading or releasing dye into my other clothes during wash.

Very comfortable shorts and fit perfectly. Like the elastic waist band along with drawstring ties makes for relaxed feel around the waist. They definitely have a baggy look and feel. I am 5’11 and like my shorts at knee level or just past the knees and these shorts sit right around the lower knee which is perfect for me. I always have trouble finding shorts that are baggy long for my height. So when I see shirts advertised as baggy usually they end up barely knee long and not baggy on tall people, but these shorts are baggy just as advertised. I would recommend these shirts for anyone who likes baggy shorts. My only suggestion is to order a size larger than normal because I would usually get a XL size and be good but i got these in 2XL and good thing because the 2XL fit perfectly

Well-constructed, nice looking, comfortable jean shorts in baggy (but not too baggy) style. Fabric quality seems good. 2XL fits just fine relative to my standard 44W pants size. This lacks belt loops, but the drawstring functionality works fine.
Be aware of the atypical (in my opinion) pocket configuration. The two front pockets are fairly shallow. Tho two back ‘pockets’ are faux, i.e., not real pockets. And the front, lower pockets, while very generously sized, lack closures, e.g., for pockets like this I would prefer snap or hook/loop closures to keep contents (more) secure.
Overall, nice fitting, comfortable shorts, with a somewhat unusual pocket configuration.

Update: I didn’t even put these in the Easter basket because I thought they were goofy. It turns out, when my daughter saw them, she liked them to wear with long t-shirts so the stretch waist doesn’t show – who knew? She thought they were comfy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you are looking for trendy baggy shorts, these are a very poor imitation – look elsewhere. They are cheap, thin and short with a weird drawstring waist. The elastic waste is not my favorite either – neither of my kids will wear these. They are not normal denim, but a lightweight type of material. If you are looking for a lightweight pair of shorts with no particular style in mind, then these might be okay for you.

(for reference i’m 5’4 and about 128 lbs) i was really happy with these! they fit pretty much as advertised. the fade on them is a little more pronounced than on the images, but they still look good. what surprised me the most was just how comfortable they are!! they’re surprisingly very soft. the pockets are quite spacious which is good. i do wish there was some kind of closure on the cargo pockets, but overall they’re very nice! i definitely recommend buying these

10/10 I went to Guatemala and bought them specifically for that trip for one outfit and ended up using it for almost the entire trip! For what these are – they’re decent. Very, very undersized. Like 2-3 sizes too small. I ordered one size up and couldn’t get them more than halfway up my thighs. It’s not a great material but it’s not awful either. The intentional wear and distressing were well done.
