Love these jeans. They fit perfectly! They fall between skinny and boot cut. Amazon essentials makes a great pair of jeans, I own many pairs in different styles. Can’t beat the price. Used to have 2 of these but they were really worn out so I decided to order again. And I am disappointed with the changes they made to the pants. As someone on the smaller side these used to be jeans that fit me perfectly they are now too loose. But they’re comfortable and good quality.

These are super cute and as everyone else has mentioned in the comments, size up one or two sizes. I wear a 6/8 and I had to buy a 10. The waist band is small on these jeans so if you have a straighter build, you’ll absolutely need to size up. I do like the cut and the fit. They are stretchy but not overly stretchy to where they fall off at the end of the day.

5’8″ 180lb. I waited along time to finally recieve these jeans. Purchased on December 9 and recieved then December 31st. Well worth the wait. They’re the best fitting jeans I bought that fits ME well. Very soft.stretchy and comfortable. I just bought a second pair just in case they ,for some reason, they discontinue selling them and for the price WOW. The color is really nice, dark wash. I don’t know how they will do in the washing machine yet, whether the dye bleeds out in the wash or pants will fall apart. The jeans also apart from being stretchy they also have a good weight to them, not a thin material. I have a 36′ leg and these jeans reach my ankle as they should. All I know, just wearing them today I am enjoying them. I also like the mid rise cut in dark wash.

Ok, so let me preface by saying that these are basically skinny jeans. They’re not jeggings, mind you, but they’re not the ‘straight’ you would get in a ‘straight’ Agolde or Levi’s. Slim straight is the name and that’s what the fit of these are. I’m 5’6 and apple shaped. Torrid size 2 on top and 0/12 on bottom, or a 33 in stretch Levi’s.
I’m normally a 16, 33 in most jeans. I read the reviews about these running large so I sized down to a 14, and the fit is absolutely perfect. These somehow manage to flatten my aging stomach, PLUS make my butt look great! The rise is mid and hits me right at my belly button. The wash is a darker wash that is super versatile with whatever you pair with them. They have amazing stretch that is extremely comfortable. Easy to zip, love the pockets. Just all around perfection and the price of these was next to unbelievable! Ladies- if you’re apple shaped and looking for a pair of uber flattering jeans, GET these while you still can. I only wish they had other washes because I’d absolutely buy these in every wash! Would have totally included a pic but I broke my full length mirror 🤦♀️😩

What great jeans! The color is uniformly dark and the material is soft and comfortable. I’m 5ft 0 in and 90 lbs and I bought size 0 short. It’s a perfect fit. I do like them a little long and they’re about an inch below my ankle which is perfect. After washing and drying the fabric was smooth and wrinkle free. In Gap and Loft I’m normally a size 2 petite. The size chart was accurate and helpful.

Definitely order one size up. I usually wear a 4 and ordered size 6 based on customer reviews and they fit perfect. They fit as well as some higher priced jeans I have purchased. I washed them in cold water, medium dryer and they didn’t shrink. The material is a lighter weight denim with nice stretch to make them comfortable, yet they don’t get baggy after wearing all day. I definitely recommend these.

Wow! These are really nice jeans! Very comfortable and I love the amount of stretch so the jeans do not overstretch and look sloppy while wearing. The zipper and seams appear to be good quality. These are easy to wear and can be dresed up or down. The material is somewhat thin and soft which I like. I do not want to wear stiff, scratchy jeans, thank good ness these are not like that. I will note that they do run small, so pay attention to the word SLIM. I wear a size 14 in most jeans but read the reviews and sized up gasp…to an 18. After washing and drying they did shrink to a size 14. If I had ordered my true size they would have been way too tight. I am also 5’7 and I ordered the tall. I needed those due to shrinkage or these would have looked like high waters on me so factor that in too- your length needs. Would I purchase these again? Absolutely, the price point at my time of purchase was too good to pass up Also, these do not look like the dreaded “Mom Jeans” These have style, and I love the design. They look higher end, and the wash is on point!

I’ve worn the same famous brand of Levi’s for most of my adult life. While I always felt they were overpriced, they were my go-to brand and what I stuck with.
This past year, I focused on losing weight—about 60 pounds—and during that journey, I needed to buy several temporary, smaller sizes. I couldn’t justify spending top dollar on jeans I hoped to wear only briefly before moving on to the next size. After reading reviews about Amazon Basics and how closely they mirror higher-priced brands, I decided to give them a try. My thinking was simple: why not, especially if this size was temporary?
When the first pair arrived, I was genuinely surprised. They fit well, looked great, and felt durable. More than once, I caught myself thinking they actually looked better on me than my long-trusted (and much more expensive) Levi’s.
Fast forward 60 pounds and several (smaller) sizes later. After purchasing multiple pairs of Levi’s along the way, my go-to jeans are still the Amazon Basics—at a fraction of the price.
Now that I’ve reached my goal weight, I ordered several more pairs in my permanent size. I gladly donated all of the interim sizes to charity, hoping someone else benefits from the short time I wore them and falls in love with them the way I did. I have no intention of going back to my previous “famous brand.”

These jeans run very small. I usually wear a size 8 in most jeans. I’m 5′ 2.5″ and 117 pounds with an apple shaped body (pudgy belly). I first bought a size 8 short, and I returned them because they are way too small especially around the waist. Then I bought size 12 short, and they fit very comfortably–relaxed fit but not too big. Maybe size 10 short would have worked but would have fit more snugly, but I would rather they were slightly too big than slightly too small because I could always shrink them in the dryer. The length was half an inch too long, but with wearing shoes I’m okay with it. They would probably be perfect for someone an inch or two taller. They are slightly stretchy. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because although they are good for price, I wish the material and color looked nicer. The material is okay for the price but. not as nice looking as more expensive jeans.

Sizing is good. I wear a 2 and they fit like a 2, but the fit isn’t entirely comfortable: (1) They’re not what I consider mid-rise. The rise on this pair is 9.75″. I’ve noticed that length rise on other so-called mid-rise jeans, so maybe that’s the new standard. I’m about 5’2 and the waist meets my waistline. I prefer the old version of mid-rise that sits a little below the belly button. (2) They fit a little tight around my knees. The leg opening at the hem is ~12.50″, which I like, but it’s only slight more than that at my knees (13″ diameter at 15-16″ up from the hem). My knees are 12.50-12.75″ in diameter, so it’s a little tight when I move. I wonder if another pair might fit better, but thinking I’ll try and find something I like better overall. On the plus side, the material seems strong – solid denim (80% cotton) with enough polyester and elastane to give it some softness and stretch. For the price, they are definitely worth a try!

I actually really like these jeans for the price. The color is nice and the materials is light weight. A little disappointed in the sizing. I looked at the chart measured my waist all that happy stuff. I typically wear a size 8 in other name brand jeans. I ordered a size 8 which is what the chart states. They are pretty tight in the waist. If you have any fluff in the middle I would suggest going up one size. Fits great everywhere else besides the waist. For reference I am 5’3″ and 158lbs.

Great jeans! They fit well and are comfortable. You’ll want to order a size up. They wash well and don’t shrink or bleed. I don’t put my jeans in the dryer. I let them air dry, which works great and these jeans dry fast.

These jeans are great. In person the denim is more of a smoky blue which is very flattering, unique and different from my other jeans. There’s a label that instructs you to wash before using so that the dyes don’t get on furniture. I didn’t find them too tight and I’m someone who finds most jeans run too small. These fit perfectly. I wish the legs were a little more relaxed straight because they are tight on my thighs and look like boot cuts a little on me, but other than that these are a great pair of Jeans

Customers should know that these pants are very comfortable, well-made, and are very stretchy. I am 5’6”, 197 lbs, and originally bought a size 16-Regular specifically to accommodate my big belly. My hips are a size 10-12 and my waist is about 40 inches so it is a challenge to find pants that fit. The size 16 R arrived the afternoon that I was heading out to dinner. I was impressed by how comfortable they were and that they fit my waist! Even though they were almost two inches too long for flat shoes, I threw on some cowboy boots and proceeded to drive 30 miles for dinner. After sitting down for almost 4 hours (driving and dinner), I found that the jeans were falling down at my waist due to the stretch fabric.
I reordered a size 14-Short. These have arrived and I wore them around the house for about 4 hours. These feel a wee bit snug in the waist but are stretching out. They also fit better in the hips and rear – no sagging. And the length is perfect for my height and taste – slight crease in front of the ankle when wearing flat shoes – and I think I can still wear cowboy boots with this length.
So please be aware that these are very stretchy and if you are between sizes definitely order down one size or if in doubt consider buying two different sizes for comparison purposes. I have already ordered another pair of these in the dark wash color because I suspect it will look sliming. I hope this helps others who, like me, are two different sizes in hips and waist, find jeans (through the stretchy fabric) that can accommodate both hips and waist in a single size! I think that these a great value! Note that there is no double stitching down the sides of the leg nor around the cuff – minor detail for high-quality, comfortable jeans for $17!
