    Very well made jacket. I have a similar lined jacket and wanted a light spring/fall jacket. I was hoping for something a little lighter than this jacket, but this is very well made and I am sure will hold up for years.

    This is one HEAVY winter coat. Literally heavy. It’s made of thick cotton canvas material and the winter wind doesn’t have much of an impact on your comfort level. It’s lined with thick “Sherpa” type lining (like thick curly short fur), very warm and comfortable. This type of lining can make it a bit difficult to easily put the coat on over your shirt, but the sleeves are lined with the more usual quilted (and more slippery) material, which helps a good deal. The pockets are perfectly placed to make it easy to put your hands in them and keep warm. The pockets are reinforced with rivets too; in fact the whole jacket seems to be very strongly made and likely to wear for many years. The zipper could be a bit easier to use, though after a while it loosens up a bit. It also helps a lot if you grip the zipper’s tab right at its base and align it so it’s pointing as straight up as possible as you zip up. The hood is so thick that it keeps bumping against the back of your hat unless you keep the hood folded back just right, but that’s because it also has the heavy canvas with Sherpa lining and of course this makes it bulky. However, it’s very handy indeed if you’re not wearing really warm headgear. The jacket isn’t terribly expensive either, considering what you get for your money.

    This is not a cheap coat- let’s start with that. I feel like I could find a similar jacket for a lot less money, but I also have no doubt this will last a long time. It’s very comfortable soft, warm, the hood is a nice touch. The fit is good however, the arms are a little bit short, considering the size (in my case, and extra large). However, it looks great and I could see me wearing this for a long time.

    Ordered two Levi’s jackets at the same time after first one arrived it was clear that the size was way over fitting me, apart from beeing large in size the Levi’s jackets are really nice in quality and durable. Highly recommend.

    The zipper on my coat that i got is a little bit hard to zip sometimes but that is my only critique.

    I had a Levi Bomber jacket years ago, and have been searching for one like it for a long time, now. I am very happy that I happened upon this jacket. Comfortably close fitting at the waist to prevent those windy updrafts. Sleeves have an elastic so it does not matter if the arms are a little longer on me. The zipper is sturdier than most. It is very warm and the hood easily slides onto my head. And for the sale price, I could not have asked for anything better.

    Attracts dust easily. This jacket is very comfortable and stylish when pairing with a fit. The fabric however is prone to dust and particles that is noticeable after a while.

    Just got the jacket, XL-R. I’m 5’10”, 215 lbs and the jacket fits well. I tried several other jackets like this one (Berne, Carhartt,etc) and they all seemed heavier and probably warmer than I wanted. I wasn’t looking for a very warm winter jacket, wanted something a little lighter. I believe this will serve the bill.

    I’m a big guy, so I’m always dubious of buying any clothes online. Things that fit my chest tend to be baggy at the waist.

    And there is some extra waist room. But not enough to matter when there’s a breeze (so far).

    You can lift your arms fairly high before the waist starts to rise, which is important in a jacket with this cut and fit.

    Haven’t had to clean it yet, so I’ll have to come back in a few months to cover that.

    I will say that if you need to layer more than a regular shirt underneath, you *may* want to go a size bigger. I find it plenty roomy, but we don’t get sub zero temps here, which means I don’t have to layer much.

    But, again, it is plenty warm without being stifling.

    You never really know what you’re going to get when you order clothing online, but I got to say, I’ve tried work jackets from a number of different big brands and I’m pleasantly surprised by this one. The combination of moderately heavy canvas and decently thick sherpa gives it some heft. Overall, it has a quality feel to it – I appreciate the double/triple stitching as well as the pocket rivets and the zipper is solid and smooth. Wore it out in 45 degree weather and it was plenty warm. Plus, the faded camo is subtle yet rocks. For reference, I’m 6’1” and 190 lbs – size L fits me exactly how I like it. Gets close to Carhartt levels but it can be had for a quite a few less dollars. I highly recommend this version of the jacket.
