According to the size chart I needed to get a size 30. I thought they fit well when I got them, just a little loose for breathability, but still curve hugging. So I accepted them and put them in the wash. I started wearing them, and they started loosening, by the end of the day they were falling off. I started wearing them with a belt, but they’re still rather baggy and unflattering. They’re also short, barely coming down to the top of my feet. So I decided to try buy them again, but a smaller size, so I got 28 long, 2 sizes smaller, against the advice of the size chart. I received them and tried them on, they seemed to fit perfectly, but remember when I first tried the larger pair on I thought they looked and felt good too. After wearing them for 30 minutes, they started loosening. Now when I sat down, I get this weird loose fabric in the pelvic area. The crotch is saggy, and my belly under the higher waistband is very accentuated and noticable (I’m thinking because of the stretchiness?) The long size is perfect though. I’m thinking I must need an even smaller size! Either that or the jeans have so much stretch that they’re unwearable. I’m holding out for them to go on sale again so I can try the next size down. Edit 1/23 I was able to get the size 27 long, and they fit just right! They are still stretchy, so when when my weight fluctuates up a bit, they stretch and still fit well. While it still loosens throughout the day, this size doesn’t seem to feel like it’s falling off me like the others. They also still fit well and not too tight when I’m having a bloated day. They are super comfortable, they are the pair I gravitate towards when picking out jeans to wear for the day.

Yeah, I’m a GenXer who likes her skinny jeans. That being said, I got these just to round out my wardrobe. They’re pretty good. These are the lighter shade of blue which I like, but the straight leg seems a little wide — they’re more like a cross between straight leg and boot cut (which I don’t like). Then rise is also a little short for me, but not too bad (I’m 5’4” but have a long torso). They really remind me of the jeans I wore around 2005, which isn’t saying much. At least they aren’t super low rise. Anyway, like all Levi’s, sizing is a crapshoot. I got a smaller size in this color and need a larger size in a darker color for the same style. Go figure. Also, after wearing this pair a time or two, they stretch out a bit, so I could have gone down a smaller size — so that would be two sizes smaller than the darker pair. And the lengths of the jeans are off by an inch, even though I ordered the same inseam size for both. Levi’s are made well and look pretty good on, so order a couple different sizes to find your best fit. At 5’4” and 140 lbs, this style jeans make me look shorter and a little dumpy, even if the fashion influencers (not experts) try to tell us otherwise. But … I have them for when I’m feel like wearing them.

5’1” 120lbs. Size 27 Short. Flattering ever so slightly relaxed fit. Just enough stretch to ensure they do not stretch out of shape while wearing. Wearing with a belt keeps them up, so I might actually be able to go down a size, however, I do not like tight calf jeans. So I will likely stay with this size. After a wash and dry they are perfect and super comfortable with true Levi’s styling. This is also a great price, comparable with the direct price at Levis.com. As other have mentioned, the front pockets are very shallow. Did not find this to be a problem though as you also avoid the pocket bulge on your legs as well.

The button closure above the zipper was a little hard to button up in the beginning due to stiff material. The material is thick, like a good pair of jeans. These don’t have the thin wornout look. These fit well.

These Levi’s fit AMAZING. Perfect for fall time… they also have petite sizes, they fit at ankle length. I did order my size and it fit snug. Thought I’d have some wiggle room. Well, I do prefer the jeans made back in the day, but all jeans now have the “stretch” factor, which does offer comfort, so I have to say these are good & do fit well in that regard. My only gripe is that they are thin material (but All jeans are nowadays) so eventually they tend to fall off off riding down, by the day’s end, and belts bother my sciatica. Other jeans I’ve tried are worse, so yeah, these are the best I’ve found, so far in general. I just have farm chores, so while they’re OK in the hot summer months, they aren’t really thick enough during winter, especially layered over long underwear, so I can only recommend them for warmer weather wear, hence the 4 stars.

Classic straight jeans just like from the 70’s. Durable and launders perfect. No shrinkage! Fabric has right amount of a little stretch. One tip is that they run large and stay that way. Maybe order one size down.

I bought several colors. These are so comfortable. I normally wear a 12 short but in these I had to return the 12 and order 10 short. I love them but if you have a small waist they may be big or gapping because they fit my apple shape. 5 foot 160 lb for reference. Length was good.

I am 5‘2“ tall 118 pounds. I ordered the 26. They do fit well. I am all right with the length as I often wear heels with my jeans. I appreciate the straight leg look however there is a bit too much stretch in these jeans. Only 60% cotton and 40% viscous, it would have been better if the cotton percentage was higher as I like my jeans to fit a little more snug. I will keep these jeans as they do fit well, but once again they are so stretchy I feel as if I can do yoga in them.

These are a great option if you’re looking for a true “non-distressed” straight leg jean. It may run *slightly* large, or at least fit me a tad big in the waist. I’m generally between a 10 & 12 and I probably could have sized down to an 8 for a tighter fit. These have a moderate amount of stretch. While it honestly would make for a comfy wear, I prefer a bit for structure to hold everything in a bit better. Washes up nice. I generally wash on cold, tumble dry on low. If you get this dark wash, I’d definitely recommend washing separately the first few times since the dye seems very rich. All in all: solid choice, consider sizing down especially if you run between sizes.

These seem to fit a bit big. My previous were 10s. I ordered those first and after an hour or so, the have stretched out and falling off. These fit me perfectly. My 10s Levi Classic Straight are a 10s.

I have been searching for a pair of jeans that I don’t have to get tailored for close to 5 years. At 5’3”, a size 14 short fit me perfectly! They have a flattering back pocket placement, and are a nice denim brand, Levi’s! My only wish is that they were high instead of mid rise and a little bit thicker fabric. Great value and wearability though. Dress them up or down. Finally a pair that fits! I went back and bought 3 more color/fabric variations!

These classic black jeans are classy and comfortable. Can be worn casual or dressed up. Im 5’4”and 145 and these are the Perfect fit and length. I usually wear an 8 but ordered a 30 and they were marked as size 10. Buy them, you won’t regret it.

I am so excited that I can get my favorite Levi’s in a hard to find size. They are also less expensive here on Amazon. These jeans can be dressed up or down. Very slimming. I have worn this style for years, from my heavier days,size 14 to my new size 2. You may want to size down a size unless you are getting the white, that is true to size. You can’t go wrong with these. They do not shrink in the dryer and keep their color if you wash them inside out.

These jeans are good Levi’s brand jeans but they don’t shrink after washing at all. I was hoping they would shrink some but not a bit. They are ultimately too big! After washing, drying and wearing them a couple of hours they stretch out and become ridiculously baggy. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve bought this same style in the Lapis color 3 times and each one has been different. It’s like roulette so I keep trying, hoping the next one will be what I want. Size 29 that said 29 on the inside back tag was perfect! This is what I keep trying for. Fit was great, a little bit of stretch but not so much that they felt sloppy, held everything in, and very flattering. Next two 29s came as a size 8 on the tag, and yes there is a difference in how they fit. One size 8 was tighter in the waist and had more stretch, thinner material, and I could see my underwear line the through them. The other side 8 also had more stretch and a slightly lighter color. I absolutely love the original 29s but I can’t afford to keep buying them hoping I actually get a 29 again. And dealing with returns is a pain.

I love these jeans. First of all they are $40 cheaper here on Amazon than at Kohls. I am 5’8” weight 180 and a 32 L fits me perfect. There is just enough of give in the hips and thighs which is good because that’s where my problem areas are. These jeans are comfortable, not confined and doesn’t slide down. A size 33 would have been way too big and smaller size would be way too tight. I do recommend these jeans and I am thinking about buying another color.

Love these jeans. Love them so much. I bought one pair, they ripped in an unfortunate accident, and then bought two more pairs to replace the original one. The waist is at the natural waist, they don’t shrink, zipper works great, and they fit with my curves. Whoohoo!

The color is amazing and I would have kept them if the inseam had been 30″ because they were a little short on me (I’m 5’7). I measured the inseam and length was 29″. Also they do run big, I down sized to a 4 regular from my usual 6 and they fitted perfectly, only problem was the length for me :(. I did reorder in size 4L in a different color (not as nice as this one) and they ran a little bit big but length was better
