The jeans are for my husband who has lost quite a lot of weight recently. They fit very well and the material is good. Haven’t been washed yet so will be better able to comment at that time.

Great pair of jeans! My husband after having a stroke, does better dressing himself when pants are pull on. Jeans fit nice. True size, soft and decent weight, not to light or heavy. Have just enough stretch in material. Waist band is wide with belt loops. Yes it does have zipper fly but you can pull them up without un-zipping. Washed and dry great very little shrinking. Will be great for his next fishing trip. I think good buy for disabled or seniors, or those who have not mastered the zipper in there rehab

This opinion is for everyone who can glean information from it. But I am especially addressing those with a medical challenge like an ostomy at the waist where pants to wear above the wound are out of the question and pants to wear below the wound are particularly difficult to find. I am 76 and have worn jeans my whole life except for a couple of decades in business casual haggars. Now I live alone, with my dog, in a small apartment in a town where jeans are standard. And I can’t or won’t tuck in my shirt. So I look like most everyone else out shopping or walking.
THE SEARCH
First Stage: Upon coming home from surgery and for a few months I wore my usual Wrangler Regular Fit jeans and placed the waist as low as I could which was just at the bottom edge of the medical appliance. There I had to cinch the belt so tight to keep my jeans up the belt actually was very uncomfortable and actually caused premature appliance failure.
Second Stage: Increased pants from 32×30 to 34×30 and ditched the belt. Used a great devise from Hikers Co which is a suspender worn under the shirt which hooks with a single connection at the front jeans button and has adjustable length and hooks under the belt loop on the back. Check it out at Hikers. It worked really well. My search continued because I didn’t like the uncomfortable chaffing on my shoulders. I got partial relief by cutting the bottom off a tee shirt and wearing it under the suspender then a regular shirt to cover everything as usual. That is still an option I’ll hold on to as a backup.
Stage Three: I’ve tried a few elastic waist solutions in the past months. I tried Scrubs. If you’re a jeans wearer scrubs just won’t cut it. The feel, the look, no, won’t do. And there’s no staying up if you put your regulars keys, wallet, and you hands in you pockets. I’ll spare the rest of the trials which failed to thrill me and get to these pants. I researched many, many hours. And for these I read all the questions and answers and the 1500 reviews, more than once. Despite the negative reviews I settled on these and received them today. I haven’t washed them yet. I don’t know if they are going to turn into a disappointment. But I’m wearing them now. Have had them on a couple of hours. I can sit, stand, walk the dog, bend over, put my hand in my pockets like a normal person, and haven’t had to pull them up once. They feel good. The material is a little bit stretchy. They look good on me. I like them so far. One qualifier, the elastic waist is wide and fits well, 32×30, but without a belt they were susceptible to slipping down some when force applied so I put on my belt, not tightly but regularly, and all’s well.
After I’ve worn these two jeans and washed them I will give an update.
UPDATE 11/24/2021
My washer only has cold water hooked up. After washing one pair and drying all the way the waist felt unchanged and the length appears to have shrunk a bit. Less than an inch. I suspect over the next few drying cycles the overall shrinkage with settle at about an inch or slightly less. But one really can’t predict how off-shore products will behave. I think I need a sewing machine.
Also, as many reviewers mentioned, the zipper is very difficult to operate. Once down the opening is pretty small making access difficult. Since the waist is continuous elastic the only option is to lower the pants which is pretty easy. At my age and frequently feeling a bit of urgency as I approach the bathroom, lowering the pants is more expeditious when at home.
UPDATE 8/24/2024
I still have the same pants I reviewed here. They’re a bit faded now but are still the same fit and comfort as originally described. I have five pair now. Two of them I haven’t started wearing yet. Keeping as backup.
FINAL UPDATE 5/21/2025
All I’ve said above is still true. Still wearing the five pair in regular rotation. I wear them multiple days so each pair gets washed about once per month but they are fading but still fit well and no rips or tears. With age the do get easier to pull up. Loosen a bit but very comfortable. Good luck to all.

Fits perfect just a little sloppy in the legs. Fits very loose.

These pull on jeans were better than expected. My husband likes the belt loops for the “jean” look/feel. He recently suffered a medical injury and cannot use his left arm so these jeans make dressing easier. Seems well made no loose stitching and a heavier elastic waist band but it comfortable to wear. He’s not a big fan of the button back pockets but they are doable. They launder well. He wished the front pockets were a little deeper but still work. He’s not tall , 30” length a little long but he likes to wear boots so doesn’t mind it bunching
Shirley –
Jeans were too big for my husband, but I think it was because I measured waist and ordered that way. Should have ordered normal size and will do so next time. Jeans are a bit heavy. Good denim. tabs on back pocket are a bet big. I plan to order more in a smaller size. We are keeping the ordered pair because I can wear them.
P. Hernandez –
These fit my brother perfectly and are easy on and easy off. They look very nice too (he could only wear joggers before) so I am very happy with this purchase and will buy him a couple more pairs.
JO –
Perfect denim pants and fits well except for the baggy legs. So baggy they can almost be a trip hazard. Hoping to find another seller that has the quality denim but slimmer legs
Erin –
These jeans are very sharp and great for elders. The color is a dark blue. The pants were long for my dad so we returned them but he needs most pants hemmed. Overall nice jeans.
TJ –
Perfect fit, it’s very comfortable my son loves it. Ordering more colors.

Vienen un poco amplios, lo resolví con un cinturón, fuera de ello me encantaron!, el color es más bien azul real, muy bonito, se ven mucho más caros de lo que son, están super cómodos. Una excelente compra.

I was looking for a pair of jeans that would be easy for my husband, who has an essential tremor, to be able to pull up and down, as he has trouble zipping and buttoning his jeans. I ordered these jeans and we are very happy with them. They fit well and the Jean material is durable. They are easy to pull up and down, so they function well in that regard. They also come with belt loops, so one can wear a belt with them, if they wish to do so. I plan to order these again in the future.

These are my mom’s favorite jeans. She says they’re comfortable, roomy and don’t fit as tight in the butt or legs as women’s pants do. I have purchased 5 or 6 pairs of these for her at this point.
They hold their color well and are good quality jeans.

Well. They are lose fit. Quality is good. Easy to put on. All you have to do is put your legs through the openings provided. You do have the option to put through both legs at the same time or one at a time. Just be sure you don’t put both legs through the same hole.
Fast shipping.

Buttons and flaps on the pockets???? What were they thinking?

Die Jeans sieht sehr gut aus, trägt sich auch sicher gut, wenn der Bund nicht zu eng wäre, hier würde ich eine Nummer größer nehmen. Der Umtausch ist recht aufwendig

My waist is 36″ to 37″. I first purchased a 36 waist and the jeans were way too big. Probably more like 40 to 42″ waist. I returned it and ordered a 34″ waist and it was still too big. Overall they looked fine but with any movement they kept slipping down. So I returned those and ordered a 32″ size, hoping for the best. I decided to keep those. I did like the overall comfort and the length (30″) was just right. The waist elastic is loose and a belt may be required for much activity. I was hoping if I could get the right waist size this would’t be a factor.
Update. Third time was the sweet spot. I received a size 32″ pair today and it fit my 36/37″ waist! I like to think that I slimmed down but alas that isn’t the case. I am pretty sure I still have a 36″ waist. So, if you are going to purchase this item understand that the waist elastic is very loose and based on my experience, you may need a smaller size than what is advertised. I suspect if it is for someone with limited mobility the waist size may be less of an issue but for any significant activity the loose elastic waist and wider size may be a problem. The size 32’s are certainly not squeezing my waist. They fit more like pajamas.
