I was looking for a new pair of jeans, so I decided to try out a brand I hadn’t heard of, hoping they’d at least be passable. To my surprise, these jeans are kind of fantastic!
The fit is comfortable and moderately flexible for denim. I tend to wear 38×30 jeans, but due to availability (and a bit of recent weight loss), I ordered 36×30. They’re only slightly snug around the thigh, and the waist is a perfect, so I’m fairly confident in saying they’re true to size.
The best thing about them, though, is the color. I ordered the medium wash, and it’s got a great natural looking faded look throughout. My typical jeans are a more standard blue, so I really like how these stand out. Additionally, the pockets have an interesting design on them, stitched with a different texture, which looks really unique. The only thing that threw me off about them at first is that the rear pockets are positioned about 4-5 inches lower than my other jeans. This turned out to not be a huge issue (and is actually more comfortable when sitting on a wallet), but definitely makes for a different look from behind.
It’s actually difficult to come up with any negative points for these, as they’re just plain good jeans. I could say that the button is a little difficult to fasten and unfasten, but I imagine that will loosen over time.
So, when looking for some fairly inexpensive jeans, I have no reason not to recommend these, and perhaps the whole Ethanol brand!

These fit as described, although the rear pockets feel a little low to me. Everyone has a different body shape, so the legs were a little short but the material is the right length. I had to remove a star for the rear pocket design, they’re a little flashier than I anticipated.

I don’t usually wear jeans, but when these Ethanol Men’s Stretch Jeans appeared, I wanted to give them a try.
Though the label shows that only 1% of the material is Spandex (99% Cotton), the stretch in these jeans is amazing! They are very comfortable to move in, bending the legs, sitting down, etc. For doing work around the house they provide a sturdy and non-restricting pair of pants. The material is thick enough for yardwork but flexible, too.
I see that there are rivets on each end of the front pockets, a good sign of the quality of construction. The seams are double-stitched, too.
I ordered the Medium-Washed version, which projects a more casual, out-doorsy vibe than the regular dark wash denim color. The waist and length were accurate, with lots of room or expansion available in the waist from the stretch fabric. I could pull out the waist almost three inches.
The only thing I noticed that will take some getting used to is that the back pockets are longer than most, and the layer of pocket material is embroidered with a couple more decorative layers so I can feel something back there that’s different that a normal back pocket.

These jeans are awesome, my husband loves them. The material is a great stretch material, is comfortable, breathes well, and has a nice thickness, unlike so many thin jeans I’ve gotten. The fit is true to size and the fit perfect. I like the color and that the waist is not to low, which seems to be a trend of late. The jeans are well made, good zipper, and solid buttons. They didn’t shrink in the wash at all. Because of the stretch in the material, they are snug, but not tight and move with your body comfortably. These are now his favorite jeans and, according to him, the best jeans he’s had in a long time. At such an affordable price we will be ordering him more.

These are a thick pair of stretchy jeans. Lends some to the idea that they’d be durable, even though most jeans don’t contain the trademark denim anymore.
Still, they’re comfortable, sizing was good at 34×30. No complaints.
