Said to order a 40 if you’re a 38 and I did but I’m on the last hole so it fits snug. Not thrilled but looks like it’ll hold up better than a dollar general belt
Tyson Cash –
So far so good nice belt seems strong I’m pretty rough on belts so we will see
Donald Collins –
This belt was /is worth the purchase very happy with it

Great size, colour and style. Super heavy duty so many years of use to come for half the price of local markets leather craft belts.

I have to wear the same thing every day at work. Boots and belts are my only form of expression. I wear Dr. Martens and Tims for boots and a Timberland belt. I love the rugged leather of this belt. Extreme quality and awesome price.

I was stranded on a zip line and used my Timberland belt to deliver my body to safety. My pants did however fall and I was quite embarrassed upon my arrival, in nothing but my undies to the mountain village. Would recommend if you want additional support on a zip line. Unforeseen situations require unforeseen solutions.

I switched to Timberline recently. For years I used Col**bia but it seems that they use fillers inside some of their belts, which are sewn in. The belts look great, but….And over time, they fall apart. My last two belts did indeed fall apart!! With the Timberline belt I recently purchased, (at least for me), it’s all leather, nothing else, no fillers!

Nice quality and fit.

In my opinion, this is a very nice belt. The examples online for the most part were a true representation of the actual item. The fit chart online helped me immensely! All in all, it’s a very nice belt.

Sturdy everyday work belt with real leather and a solid buckle
This Timberland PRO 38mm belt feels like a true work belt, not a fashion piece. The leather is thick enough to support a tool pouch or heavier gear without rolling or stretching, and the single-prong buckle feels solid and well-made. The width fits perfectly in standard jeans and work pants.
Sizing runs true—order one size up from your pants for the best fit. The leather starts out firm but breaks in nicely after a few wears, softening just enough without losing support. After a few weeks of daily use, it’s showing minor scuffs that actually add to the look rather than detract from it.
It’s not quite as rigid as a tactical gun belt, but it’s plenty sturdy for everyday or job-site use. The buckle hardware feels premium and doesn’t rattle or slip. Overall, it’s a dependable, well-built belt that balances durability, comfort, and style at a fair price.

good quality and nice looking.
The fit is very good.
I usually buy a size up.
In many cases the belt is way to long.
I bought a size up and it is not too long.
I like the width.
It is not quite as wide as other belts but fits nicely through the belt loops.
This a my favorite belt.
Maybe not as soft but still flexible and durable.

Bought thus for my husband & he likes it. He likes the fact that it’s wider than so many belts out there. The buckle quality is great, it’s all metal & has a little weight to it. Wearability is good as it was able to fit easily through belt loops & stays put. It’s a little stiff at first but nit so much that it can’t be rolled up easily. The jury is still out in regards to value fir money, we have to see how ling it lasts wuth daily use. But kniw that it’s easy firvthe average human to use it. It’s a basic belt. Sizing seems to be a bit off. Hubby us 36-38 waist so I ordered 38. It’s usable but could have gotten a 40.

This is a great belt – wish I invested in one like this sooner.
I’ll be honest, in all of my time on jobsites, I never invested in a good work belt. It was “George” for me, which FWIW are a great value and much better than you might expect, but they do pretty easily delam with lots of heat, sweat, and motion and the buckles/belt material will wear out faster if you make it hold more than your pants.
I decided it was time – I needed something that can support a drill and my Leatherman Super Tool 300, and won’t have me dying sweating it out in the 100F summers when post-rain-shower humdidity gets to 100% (which understand, is all of the percents there are!) Nunna that. Same reason I went for a 38mm width when my pants would fit 40mm.
I always just figured the cheap storebought belts last a few months on average for single digit dollars. Mind you, not well! I just learned to put up with it until I remembered to pick a new one or got bothered enough to make a stop for it. The fit gradually goes and even if you punch and burn a new hole, it’s the material itself that has become stretchy, making anything attached to it bounce obnoxiously.
This belt was closer to 30 dollars at the time of this review. So if it lasts even 4-5 times longer with better performance, it’ll be a better value than those cheap belts. Essentially, if it makes it a couple years, it’s worth it and an affordable rugged belt that doesn’t compromise comfort.
I suspect it will, though. It feels and appears to be full grain leather. It’s light, flexible, and supple. But also very taught, which along with the double-sided stitching for the generous strip holding the buckle on lets me know it’s really for work-use. Yet I can barely tell I’m wearing it.
Oh, and on the sizing thing: I’m pretty much a dead-on 30 so I bought two sizes up as was mentioned in a few reviews here. One size up and Timberland suggested would have been plenty. To fit me at size 30, a size 34 puts the buckle on the second ‘smallest-size’ hole. I wind up with 3 holes to expand into if I feel like gaining a few dozen pounds, I guess. Fortunately it’s not TOO much overhang. But these belts also maybe aren’t all THAT undersized, or perhaps its a consistency thing and the length varies too much from belt to belt so that some are too short. Can only say my 34 actually seems like it would *just* fit an actual size 34 and I probably only needed a 32.

Excellent quality! Excellent service! This is exactly how it’s done! Word of mouth is your best way to advertise!

Nice belt for a good price

This belt is made of high quality leather and is very well made.
DK Fair –
High quality belt at a reasonable price. Great for jeans. The contrasting stitching is a nice touch.
K K. –
First – not 1.5 inches wide. Made it roll and collapse. Second – leather was tanned down to, too thin of a thickness. Made it very soft and pliable, but too sloppy to use in a construction or work environment. Third – exceptional belt for casual wear, but looking for a heavy duty belt. [Please make one that is 40mm or 42mm wide and at least 5-7mm thick. Marketed appropriately, Guarantee you will sell a boat-load of them. We construction guys need a quality, heavy duty belt. First one to make it, gets our $. Also — belt loop could be set a bit further back from the buckle.]
Patrick McLaine –
This belt is low quality, I have barely worn it and its peeling apart already. Its creasing where the buckle sits also. I didnt expect this belt to last and by the looks of it, its not going to. It looks nice, feels nice, fits nicely but isnt that great of quality.

Timberland has fine quality.
Lk4tr –
Very nice, high quality, looks good, and last a long time, goes good with everything. Mans belt.
DatBoomerGuy –
Odd material though. Supposed to be 100% leather…feels much stiffer, like plastic.
KJM –
Based on an old classic without frills. fits just right with a comfortable feel. Excellent quality for a good price.
