When I saw these jeans in my size, I just had to have them! They are light pink with an almost burgundy design. I pair them with a darker pink top, long sleeve top and I can still wear them in the winter. I’m a grandma who loves pink and sometimes I want more than plain blue jeans! These jeans are soft denim and very comfortable! I have never ordered petit regular before so I was a little worried about the length. I am five four and the length is right for me.

I am 4′ 10″ and approx. 190 lbs. I own this pair & 3 other washes in a size 16 Short Plus. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a pair of pants that fits me well and doesn’t need to be hemmed, even when I’m ordering “short.” There is slight gaping at the waist, but far less than on others brands with my body type. Makes them good, comfortable sitting jeans, as opposed to some “standing” jeans – iykyk.
I wear these to work in a nice casual dress setting. I wash ~ 4-5 wears. They don’t stretch out very much over multiple wears and reset well after a wash. The color has been holding extremely well over multiple washes as well.

The jeans are in great condition. They also fit me very well. I am 5’2 and 145lbs (a lot of it is muscle from working out). The high waist is comfortable, and I can move freely. They’re comfortable, and the color is nice and deep. They really show off my curves, and my butt looks great 😂. In terms of quality, they’re a nice material and feel durable.

I bought three pairs of Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda jeans in size 8 short. I am 5’3 in tall and I weigh 120 lb. The medium blue pair of jeans that actually said 8 short on the label, fits me great. The dark blue jeans say 8 petite instead of eight short and they are a little bit too tight. The light blue pair says 8 petite short on the label and it is also a little bit too tight, especially in the waist. I would really like to get more of these Amanda jeans if I could be sure that they would be labeled 8 short, which is what I ordered, and what is on the label of the ones that fit me well. The size 8 short jeans are super comfortable with a stretchy waistband and stretchy fabric. I could wear them all day.

I sought out a good pair of jeans many years ago while shopping at a Burlington Coat Factory. I found these wonderful Gloria V. jeans and noticed the quality of these jeans to be the very best I have ever worn and a super value for my investment. The little spandex mixed with cotton and polyester makes these jeans very comfortable, sturdy and well made for your money. Also, the little spandex is great to help hold in the tummy, butt and thigh areas. The zipper matches the jean colors and is also made well and the colors have remained very vibrant since my initial purchase in late 1990’s. My height is 5’6″ so the average length comes to the top of my boot and shoe. Years ago, I purchased the petite length and noted they are too short for my height. If you are 5’4″ or below, I strongly suggest you purchase the petite length. I must have almost 12 pair of Gloria V. jeans in various colors and I still have and wear my very first pair from way back in the late 1990’s :)). I never buy any other jean for dress or casual events. I highly recommend Gloria Vanderbilt jeans.

I really like these jeans, and have a few pairs in different colors/shades. They are soft, and hold up well around the farm and garden, but look nice enough to wear out and about. They are a medium weight and don’t tear easily. The petite high rise fit is flattering for my mature 5’2″ body, and the length is just right. They are stretchy enough for me to comfortably bend down to pull weeds in the garden or swing a leg over my horse. The front pockets are big enough to hold my cell phone, and a handful of dog treats. The only issue I have is that they seem to stain easily, but I live on a hobby farm where it can be especially grubby, so that might not be a concern for most folks, but that’s why I’m holding back one star.

they’re super comfy and the waist fits me without squeezing my belly or falling down all the time which is great, but they’re too short. i didn’t see any tall sizes which is frustrating. i’m 5’7” and they’re about an inch too short. otherwise i’d buy another pair since they’re currently on sale. the retail price is $60 so if you’re tall, probably not worth the price for the short length.

I had a pair of pants that I have been wearing for two years that I love, so I searched for them on Amazon and found this option that seemed as close as possible. When they arrived, I was thrilled! They fit great. The legs are not as tight at the bottom as they used to be, but they are not flared whatsoever, please do not get me wrong. My last ones were just quite tight. These are just straight legged which is actually nicer. I do not have to struggle to put them on. They have a nice stretch to them. I like a loose jean. I am 5’6″ and weight 130 lbs. I got the size 10 because I like a little room, but not baggy. I like to be able to pull them on and off without having to unzip them, but still look like they fit. These work perfectly. I was concerned when the tag said average but also 10P, because my legs are not short by any means, but these work great for me. In fact, because of the great sale they are having, I ordered two more styles: the Frisco and the Black. I love them all. Three pairs of jeans for under $50 is an amazing buy. I am thinking of ordering more. I work in accounting where we do not have to dress formal, so jeans are acceptable to wear. I wore two pairs so far to work and I was comfortable all day. I highly recommend these. I can only imagine how great they will feel after a couple of months of use and getting worn into me.

I have them in several colors and they are my go-to jeans. They run a bit small so the first time I got them I went a size up, but recently I lost a bit of weight so the last purchase I returned them for my usual size… It’s like they are 1/2 size too small. There’s stretch but I find over time they keep their shape. The blue jean colored ones are thicker but the khaki and others don’t last many wears/washes. I am petite so I get the short fit — the standard fit is not good on my figure.

At 79 years old I have been wearing Gloria Vanderbilt Jeans for a long time. I have in the past bought petite and short jeans, but they have always been too long and required me to take up the hem. This pair in size 6 short, fit me exactly, and did not require any tailoring. Shocked and pleased is an understatement and I will be buying more in other colors. I am 4’11” and 120lbs and getting shorter by the day. Love these jeans😁

I have worn this brand of jeans for years because I love them — they fit me properly, they look good, they are comfortable, and they last a good long time (a couple of pairs in heavy rotation are now nearly 5 years old!!). I recently dropped a lot of weight and my old pairs were falling off of me, so I purchased this and one other pair. They are of the same quality and fit my new size perfectly, but there are discrepancies between the two pairs because the pair iI received today is actually an 8p short and the other is an 8 short. I ordered both in 8 short, so this pair was the wrong size.
I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about size discrepancies but didn’t experience it until these pairs. It actually worked out rather well for me since the 8p short pair were the perfect length, while the 8 short pair was still slightly long on me. Still, the consistency of sizing is a bit off… 8p short is definitely NOT 8 short.
Otherwise, these jeans are perfect for me. I had read that they run small, but I found them to run true to size, according to the sizing chart. If anything, the sizing at the waist is a bit large — both pairs fit perfectly at the waist despite my actual body measurements being just a tad over the size. The fit at the hip, where my body measurements match the size range, is perfect.
Despite the size discrepancies, I’m pleased with these jeans. I’ll know next time to explicitly look for and order 8p short for the best fit.

I normally wear size 6 comfortably. I am 5’7″ 135 lbs, 29″ waist and 39″ hips. I ordered size 6, which I couldn’t get on. It was more like a size 2. I felt that a size 8 would be too small, also. I returned the size 6 and ordered size 10. Size 10 fits like a 6. Although I ordered size 10, not size 10P, I received size 10P. The heading of the ad does indicate petite. They should only show petite sizes in the drop-down box. The length of 10P came to just above my ankles. Longer would have been nicer. But today’s style allows for shorter pants, so I will keep them. My favorite part of these pants is the ‘Coffee Roast-ds’ color. It is a deep, rich brown. I also ordered these jeans in ‘Black Wash’, which is a deep black with no ‘wash’ effects. Both colors are deep and nice. The quality of these jeans is good. The material is thick with minimal stretch. If the sizing had been correct, I could have given these jeans 4, maybe 5 stars. Be sure to size up.

Took only 25 years, granted, but I wore out my first and only pair of Gloria Vanderbilt SO: Low hope of finding the same fit and quality. I’m a lawyer. I rarely wear jeans. I’m also a fisher and skier, hence the irregular wear that made my first pair last for decades. Going from a trusted design and quality to the modern version was iffy. I’m glad that I trusted this designer, particularly in the sizing. Now, I own several more pairs that I expect will last me for years.

Took only 25 years, granted, but I wore out my first and only pair of Gloria Vanderbilt SO: Low hope of finding the same fit and quality. I’m a lawyer. I rarely wear jeans. I’m also a fisher and skier, hence the irregular wear that made my first pair last for decades.
Going from a trusted design and quality to the modern version was iffy. I’m glad that I trusted this designer, particularly in the sizing. Now, I own several more pairs that I expect will last me for years.
