These jeans fit very well in the thighs/butt and waist. The flare is a bit large and the fade on the back of the thighs was a bit brighter/lighter than what was advertised. However, given the cost of the jeans, I think I can overlook those things and I have not thrown them in the wash yet. They have the right amount of stretch too!! I am happy with this purchase.

Spider body? Short middle part and nothing but legs n’ arms? Good. Me too. In the days of big fat butts being the hottest thing ever, those of us who are more genetically related to praying mantis beings from space, we have a hard time finding jeans that are long enough while having a small waste but not boyishly small hips. Am I right? Example: I’m 5’9 1/2 tall. My waist is a 26, my hips are a 34, my inseam is a 36. (Spider body) I used to exclusively buy pants or jeans from Betabrand because they offered small sizes in Long inseams and the quality was perfect. Flying Banana jeans are just as great. We will see how well the zipper and buttons hold up over time but they are a perfect fit and the material is great quality . I wore them yesterday to work and I had several people compliment how I looked. This is the kind of compliment you want because it’s not “oh nice pants”.., your pants should not upstage YOU. Instead I received “you look amazing today!” Or “you have such a great figure”… “are you hitting the gym harder or something?” (Nope! It’s having a pair of jeans that actually compliment what God gave you naturally) Ordering another pair today. Might replace all of my jeans with these.

It’s SO hard to find well fitting jeans in my length and I was very hopeful of this purchase. Truthfully. They fit well, the length was perfect, the had some stretch, flattering… BUT you get what you pay for. These aren’t very expensive so for the price, all of those things were great. BUT I was also a wee bit turned off by this weird extra vanity button on the fly. You can see it in the photo. It looks like the jeans have a two button closure but it’s just one and the bottom one is just there for looks. It doesn’t even function so because it’s not a real button it kind of sticks out. I tried to overlook it and I’m trying to keep my look current but no matter what I pay I’d rather have something of better quality. So they’re going back. But hey, other than that they are cute and flattering and the perfect length. I just found others I liked better. 🤷♀️

I am 5′, 107 lbs., athletic build, measurements 34B- 27 – 33.5. I ordered the 2 Short in Blue. The recommended size for me was 6, which is crazy as I never wear a 6 in anything. The front rise on these jeans is 10.5″ and the inseam is 29″. I was wanting to wear these with sneakers or flats but the length is a bit too long. The length is fine on me with 2″ chunky heels. I am returning these because I could use 1″ less in the front rise. I bought some Levis 725’s at the same time and those fit me better. Although it didn’t quite work for me, I think these are good jeans and worth trying. They are flattering around the rear and make your legs look long.

Probably flat candles will be the only thing that works and in they shrink at all in the was I’m not sure what I’ll do. But they are super cute and flattering. Definitely a value for the price. I want to start out by saying these jeans look fantastic on my wife. She is a petite 5’1″ and the 2 short fit great and flatter her figure. The quality seems great. Nice and soft and stretchy and good quality material. The only issue she had was the light blue and dark blue are bootcut as described but the regular blue is a bell bottom and a different two button jean. We tried to order them twice and they both came this way.

I Received the darkest blue that jeans can be, thought they would be a lot lighter in color. Way to dark for my liking. They are not bell bottoms, close but just not it. False advertisement
They do fit great, they could be longer for heels. I would order another pair in hopes to get what they are marketing via the pic, but I feel like that would be a gamble. Again, I wish these were lighter… 50 washes I don’t even think will help w how dark they are

They fit like a glove with the perfect stretch and hide my lower tummy pouch from having 3 very large babies, and hug my non existent butt instead of sagging like many jeans. My only downside is that I had to cut the length to be able to walk comfortably without tripping over. Otherwise, I love that the fabric is stretchy and contiurs to my curves. I’m 9 weeks postpartum (165 lbs, 33 inch waist, 45 inch hips) and these fit me very comfortably but are still flattering; I could’ve done a 10 but I didn’t want them to be tight, so a 12 was perfect for the fit I wanted. The short length is perfect too, I’m 5’2 so I’ll still need a shoe with a little bit of heel (no flats), but with flare jeans it’s kind of a given anyway that I’ll wear these with boots or heels. Took a chance on these because my favorite store kept running out of this color in my size. They came in today and I finished trying them on, they fit really well and look so flattering and cute! I’m very picky about high waisted pants, I’m 5’6” and generally weigh between 105-115 lbs, and my jean size is 25, so finding jeans that don’t feel baggy but are still long enough can be a struggle sometimes. I got a size 2 regular, and it fit perfectly! Kind of like a skinny jean but with the flare effect, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Very much looked like the picture on me.
The fabric is a much thinner type than say something heavy like Abercrombie jeans? Which was expected, but definitely still felt comfortable and durable enough. Big fan of the tan stitching details too! I’d call these jeans most similar to Old Navy jean material in weight if you’ve ever worn those; But way more soft and comfortable. Will buy again!!

I love these jeans. got a size 8 as I am between an 8 and a 10. 5’5 and I maybe should have gotten the “short”, but I can wear a small heal with this length. they are so comfortable, have just enough give so you get a snug fit without feeling cramped in. These jeans have such a soft and comfortable fabric that still have durability to them with the perfect amount of stretch! Zipper zips easily. The color is classic. I am 5’3 and about 145lbs and the 6 short are perfect. I have decent curve to my backside and I love how these fit like a glove and don’t leave that awkward gap at the back waist. They fit right to the back of the waist nicely. The value is at a great price for the beautiful quality. I actually bought a different pair in an upscale retail store with abbreviation BHWM, and I plan to return them since these are more comfortable and look even better for a better price. The bootcut is the perfect amount of flare to give a nice shape and elongate the look of the legs. I’m going to check out other jeans from Flying Banana since I love these so much.

I’m 9 weeks postpartum (165 lbs, 33 inch waist, 45 inch hips) and these fit me very comfortably but are still flattering; I could’ve done a 10 but I didn’t want them to be tight, so a 12 was perfect for the fit I wanted. The short length is perfect too, I’m 5’2 so I’ll still need a shoe with a little bit of heel (no flats), but with flare jeans it’s kind of a given anyway that I’ll wear these with boots or heels. So the length is perfect! I was also really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jeans, much nicer than I was expecting! I will definitely buy more jeans from this brand.

I seriously love these FLYING BANANA Women’s Curvy Stretchy Bootcut Flare Jeans. I’m not usually a jeans person, but I bought these for my 50th class reunion and they totally won me over. They’re high-waisted, super soft, and really comfortable.
What surprised me most is how thick the denim is — in a good way. They feel solid and well made and definitely don’t look like leggings pretending to be jeans. They’re casual, but you can absolutely dress them up if you want.
I bought two colors in this style and liked them so much that I also grabbed the baggier style in both colors. I washed and dried them before wearing, and after wearing them a few times they’ve held their shape great. Easy, flattering, and just really good jeans.

Took a chance on these because my favorite store kept running out of this color in my size. They came in today and I finished trying them on, they fit really well and look so flattering and cute! I’m very picky about high waisted pants, I’m 5’6” and generally weigh between 105-115 lbs, and my jean size is 25, so finding jeans that don’t feel baggy but are still long enough can be a struggle sometimes. I got a size 2 regular, and it fit perfectly! Kind of like a skinny jean but with the flare effect, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Very much looked like the picture on me.
The fabric is a much thinner type than say something heavy like Abercrombie jeans? Which was expected, but definitely still felt comfortable and durable enough. Big fan of the tan stitching details too! I’d call these jeans most similar to Old Navy jean material in weight if you’ve ever worn those; But way more soft and comfortable. Will buy again!!

Love these jeans! Very comfortable and stretchy! They don’t get baggy throughout the day. Can still kick above my head in these jeans and they aren’t hot in the summer either. Only reason they aren’t 5 stars is the size of the pockets. Can’t fit my hand in them.

I love these jeans. got a size 8 as I am between an 8 and a 10. 5’5 and I maybe should have gotten the “short”, but I can wear a small heal with this length. they are so comfortable, have just enough give so you get a snug fit without feeling cramped in. Super comfortable. will definitely get in another wash.

Tall girl here- jeans are a struggle bus. First time I’ve ordered jeans online. Length is perfect, but what I received is not at all what I ordered. I Received the darkest blue that jeans can be, thought they would be a lot lighter in color. Way to dark for my liking. They are not bell bottoms, close but just not it. False advertisement
They do fit great, they could be longer for heels. I would order another pair in hopes to get what they are marketing via the pic, but I feel like that would be a gamble. Again, I wish these were lighter… 50 washes I don’t even think will help w how dark they are
I would give a five star if they were lighter in color and exactly what I saw via pic before ordering. I would’ve ordered black if I wanted them this dark

These jeans have such a soft and comfortable fabric that still have durability to them with the perfect amount of stretch! Zipper zips easily. The color is classic. I am 5’3 and about 145lbs and the 6 short are perfect. I have decent curve to my backside and I love how these fit like a glove and don’t leave that awkward gap at the back waist. They fit right to the back of the waist nicely. The value is at a great price for the beautiful quality. I actually bought a different pair in an upscale retail store with abbreviation BHWM, and I plan to return them since these are more comfortable and look even better for a better price. The bootcut is the perfect amount of flare to give a nice shape and elongate the look of the legs. I’m going to check out other jeans from Flying Banana since I love these so much.
