Not as cropped as I would like because I am a petite with a short waist and long legs , narrow hips , etc. so the length is a bit too long to flatter Lol
The shoulder epaulets are also unnecessary, unless you plan to pull your shoulder bag straps through the epaulets to make your purse more secure as you walk about .
Can be worn under jean jacket for on trend Canadian tuxedo dressing or as an extra layer of warmth when needed.
However, well made and can be played with cut , altered etc

I wear a 14/16 & I’m fairly top heavy and it fit great. It just hit my below my waist and I wasn’t expecting that. A little long if you’re going for a shorter vest look

I really love this denim vest. I was pleasantly surprised. It is really good quality denim and great craftsmanship with a lot of detail. The fit is also very nice. I’m 5′ 3″ and 180lbs and I got the size large. It fit just right and, as you can see in my pics, I even had it fully buttoned over a thick, fleece hoodie. The measurements for the size Large are 20″ across horizontally at the widest section (waist/hips) and 15″ across horizontally at the smallest section (at the top – from shoulder to shoulder) and the length (from shoulders to hips) is 21″ – 21.25″. The only weird thing is the way the buttons were attached. This vest is made in China so they must have different tools for attaching these types of denim buttons. They seem like they’re loose, but they’re not and they rattle and make noise. However, there’s nothing wrong with them – they function properly and they look nice. I’m very pleased with the vest so far. I even ordered another one today in the lighter, faded denim. However, this one was much lighter and more whiter, whereas the pic advertised is darker and more blue. I’ve attached a side-by-side comparison pic so you can see the difference.

I ordered the XXL and I currently wear a Joe Fresh XL. This jacket is slightly too small, I still wear it open but I cannot button it. Also it smelled absolutely disgusting even after washing. I frebreezed it and washed it again and now it doesn’t stink too bad.

I bought it for an upcoming cruise this summer and I’m trying soooo hard not to wear it at least once beforehand! I plan on pairing this vest with a bodysuit, maxi skirt and sandals.
The fit is perfect, the rivets make that classic jingle of the jean rivet you’d expect and it isn’t heavy/stiff. This denim vest is actually a bit more soft than one would expect with denim material, but I like that because it is more fitting for the upper body. I don’t feel restricted.
You know… The more I type this, the more I’m convincing myself to buy a second one. Well, no time to waste..
Yes, I highly recommend if you are on the fence about this. The price here is better than you’d find in a retail or boutique store. Don’t forget you can always modify with iron-on patches or any sticker decals!
