Okay, in all fairness, I own these in the long pants and I wear them all the time. Same brand and same style, so when I had the opportunity to get the shorts, I jumped at it.
The pants I got in a size L. I usually wear a US size 14, and those fit I had to have the straps altered, now they fit perfectly. I got the shorts in a size L as well, and they are a little snugger than I’d like, but the shirt I’m wearing it too big and added to the extra bulk. So I would say, if you don’t like tight fitting clothes, then just be aware. Also, these will not need to be altered at all.
The fabric is a good thickness. Works great for summer in these shorts. I know already I will get tons of compliments as I already do with the long pants. Every time I wear them, I get someone asking me about them. Also, my husband liked them immediately both the long and short pants. From my experience with the first pair, I know these will hold up. I do wash them and then hang them to dry, but that I do with almost all of my clothes.
At the time of this review, this item is $35.99. There are some short overalls out there that are less expensive, but none of them zip up the front (a plus for the bathroom in public) and have the tab that snaps over the top of the zipper. So I think these are well worth your money!

I have a pair of these overalls in the long version that I love. They are really comfortable and cute. I decided to get a pair in shorts for the summer.
I got these in size L – the same size I got in the long overalls. These run a little smaller than the full overalls. They are very cute and are easy and to get on and off with the zip front. The length is good – they aren’t super short.
They are made of quality denim and the hardware is good. I have had the full overalls for several months and they have worn well.
The only issue I have is with the straps that don’t adjust. I am tall and I found that these are a little short in the crotch for me. This is strange because the same size in the full overalls have plenty of room. They need a uniform sizing system.
