I ordered my regular size L, and there is room for a light sweater underneath. This is made very well, and size is accurate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this jacket…ALSO..pockets. 5 🌟 star!

I have purchased 2 of these jackets. The first one in light blue and the second one in medium blue. I washed the first one on normal wash and normal dry and there was considerable shrinkage in the denim. The flannel lining had zero shrinkage. The result was not good. After receiving the second jacket in the medium blue, I washed both jackets in cold water and hung them on hangers to dry after pulling and tugging the denim to reshape them. I was able to restore the light blue jacket back to its original size and shape but I am disappointed that I have to take such great pains in caring for what is essentially work clothing. I love the style, the pockets and the ease of the snap front closure. The size medium fit as expected and slightly roomy. The jacket is somewhat heavy but very soft. The flannel lining is not high quality but will probably last as long as the outer denim since it is 40% polyester. I would have been willing to pay more for a higher quality jacket that is easier to care for.

The quality of this shacket was a pleasant surprise. I was looking for something casual that was heavy enough for 50 to 60°. And although it’s a little heavy for me for 60° it is a very well-made jacket suitable for probably 40 to 60° days depending on what you wear under it.It does run longer than what I expected, but is not like a dress either. The flannel is soft and the denim is not stiff. I typically buy an extra large, particularly in a jacket because I don’t want it to fit snug however I ordered a large and have plenty of room.

I love the jacket I got. The flannel inside is warm and soft.
My only complaint is: I wish they had colors where the stitching matched the jacket, so it would pair with more pants. I am not a fan of the contrast stitch colors because that makes it automatically too casual to be worn over a dress or with black pants. But that was the only choice. I’d buy more if there were better color options.

Very nice jacket. Fits beautifully. Fitted. Not boxy. I bought a Size Large, and I am 5’6” and 170 lbs. Comfortable and looks very nice on. But it SMELLS like formaldehyde. I will wash it to see if the smell comes out and update this review.

I was experiencing difficulty washing out the musty smell, then I realized why it was taking so long. The lining is 40% polyester. After washing the lining it was no longer soft to my touch.
