I ordered this in a medium, which was the recommended size, but found it too tight in the chest, so the fit wasn’t right for me. The length and material were fine, but I felt it was overpriced for what is essentially an oversized flannel shirt with a belt. I liked the idea of the look, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me, so I ended up returning it.

This dress was a splurge for me but it was on sale and I really loved the style. However, when I received it, the sleeves were WAY TOO small for my arms and wide shoulders. I would have to go two sizes up to make it comfortable in the shoulders. The rest of the dress fit well and was really nice thick material, and was super warm. I gave the dress to my little sister and she seems to like it. I just wish the sleeves and shoulders had more room for wide shouldered women like myself.

They’ve since changed this dress from the last time I bought it. They’ve added pockets which I personally don’t like. It adds extra material to the hips making your hips look bigger than they are. I really despise this and will have to return unfortunately. 🙁 Also the length is longer than it used to be. I’m 5’3” and it’s supper long to the knees. Everything else stayed the same which is great. The sleeves are a good length for petite girls. The material is nice and soft. They also run true to size.

This item arrived and I thought it was okay. But after buying a different item earlier this one was much tighter in the chest and much shorter in the same size. I decided to return the item and get a size up. The replacement came and I realized the item I returned had obviously been washed and returned. Different tag, fold lines were different, packaging was different. The replacement item was great. I washed it as required and it didn’t shrink. It’s a little larger but that means I can put more bulky layers under it. These are very nice dresses.

I wore this dress for family pictures this fall. I originally ordered a size XXL and it was too big so I order the Xl. I am 5’7” and 190 lbs. the xl fit me perfectly. The length and the thickness was just right, as well as the color scheme in the flannel. There is also a small belt that comes with it so you can make the waistline smaller if needed!

It’s a beautiful dress! Very good material. The length is perfect. Just runs small. I’m 5’1 195lbs and I ordered an XL and it was tight . I had to reorder it in a bigger size . I went off the measurements. And that’s what I typically wear. They are off . The XL is more like a Large.

I love the plaid colors offered by Legendary Whitetails, but I find myself consistently disappointed by the fit. I am between their size L and size XL, so I ordered this in XL and was mostly happy with it at first – as I’m 5’2″ I had to cuff the sleeves. The lack of give in this fabric made it fit awkwardly and pull on the lower buttons while sitting. After less than a single season of occasional wear (four months), and despite following the care instructions, the garment has now shrunk to the point where I cannot button it over my hips and have it drape properly, the cuffs no longer need turning up, and the area in between buttons across my bust gapes open. (I am small busted for my size, only a B cup, and I find I have this problem ONLY with Legendary Whitetails flannels).
I do NOT recommend this brand. I will no longer be buying it, as I have found the flannel brands carried by my local Tractor Supply actually fit a curvy body.

This is super cute, actually good quality for Amazon clothing. It’s 100% cotton but I washed and dried on cold and it still fit fine after washing. The belt hits at a flattering spot. Makes a cute casual outfit with tights and boots. I did have to use a piece of fashion tape in between the buttons at the bust to prevent gaping but that is an easy fix! If I was any taller I think it would feel too short to be a dress, but for me at 5’4” it is the perfect length.

This dress is super great quality but is made of flannel and quite warm for a Texas summer. Amazon said a medium would fit me and that the sizing runs normal. However I wish I had returned it for a large. I bought it to wear to work but I feel like the medium fits too sexy for work but my husband disagrees and thinks it fits fine. I’m 5”2, 140lbs, C cup, and I wish I would have returned it for a large. The medium does fit but I feel like it fits too sexy
