Nice! It is true that it could be a heavy, denim shirt or a very light, denim jacket. I just love this. Well made. Well sewn. Very pretty. The sizing is large, as well. I usually get a medium, but since it is 100% cotton, I sized up to give it room to shrink in dryer, and it will shrink some, but this top will always be way too big on me and that’s okay – I love it, anway!
So, the other reviewers are right. This is “cut” to be oversized, so don’t do what I did – order your normal size!

Very cute jean shirt! I inly wished I had ordered the medium instead of the large! The sleeves are a little too long!
I wanted shirt stylishly large, and this one is maybe a bit too stylishly large. Keep that in mind when you order.
Having said that, it is a cute shirt, soft denim, a little stretchy and though the sleeves are long I can push them up and it looks cute.

No weird smell, sized up from my usual size small to a large for the perfect length in the arms (I’m 5’7”) and an oversized fit. Have no idea what people are talking about when they say this is “heavier” than they thought. I would barely call it medium weight, but it keeps its shape effortlessly. Overall, very impressed but wish there was maybe even a slightly lighter wash. Looks just like the other one.

Definitely had a funny smell when i opened it but after washing was perfect! Not cheap looking at all looks and feels like real denim. Washed great but needed some ironing after drying. It’s a light weight shirt

I bought this shirt for a work party themed Denim and Diamonds. I like the shirt but be aware that is runs VERY small. I usually wear a large but bought XL which usually gives extra comfort. When I tried this on though, it fit as a small large. It was a little tight in the arms but I made it work. It is definitely NOT oversized though as it fits on the smaller size and only came to right below my waist. There is no stretchiness or give in the denim. It did match my jeans well though so the color is a true denim color. All in all, other than being a little smaller than I like the value for money is decent.

This shirt is exactly what I was looking for, not too thick, not too thin, and a little oversized for added comfort. Machine washed and dried nicely, didn’t even need to iron it. I am 5’3”, 135lbs. and I like the medium on me. As I mentioned, it’s a bit oversized, great for layering and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I didn’t have high expectations for this shirt (just wanted a simple denim button up with an oversized fit), but I pleasantly surprised on how much I love it. The fabric is thick enough to have some structure and hold a nice shape at the collarbone when you have the first 1-2 buttons unbuttoned. But it’s not TOO thick, and comfortable to wear.
There is a bit of a smell to the denim that I can’t quite describe, but it lessens with each wash. I don’t mind it too much but it was noticeable at first.
Have gotten compliments while wearing it! Nice fit, quality and color. Happily recommend and would order again if it becomes worn out. Though I imagine that won’t be for awhile.
