I love these overalls so much i purchased another color. They are so comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The material is a bit on the heavier side but not much. I’ve worn them with tank tops underneath in 90+ degree weather and still was quite comfortable. The quality is amazing; and true to size, I bought a large and xl. The large is a little more snug but still can move around and be comfortable. The xl is definitely more comfortable and roomier so if you want a loose look and more room, size up. I love that that they have 2 large pockets inside because I’m a mom of 2 under 3 so can never have enough storage. I would definitely buy more colors!!

Okay these may just be my favorite services overalls. I’m a mid size girl with some belly and these hide all the right places and are not too short and not too long. I ordered in the greyish black and they are ADORABLE!!! If you’re doubting making the purchase you need to do it. The material is not a hard denim it’s got some stretch without being a cheap fabric if that makes sense. Super comfy, and not too thick.. love them!

  3. Melissa T

Awful. This is supposed to be a hobo type of sack looking, cute denim short romper? I’m 110 lbs, 5’3, ordered a small, this thing looks not only like it’s made for a child, but it’s SHORT SHORTS – what woman in their right mind would wear short-shorts in their late 50’s??? Awful.

  4. Jasmine

I am looking for summer rompers during my pregnancy and got this. It’s so cute! I also personally wanted it longer since I’m tall. I was able to cut out the hem and roll it down to my preferred length and it looks just as cute. Would recommend!

  5. Kimba

Fits amazing and it helps that it has adjustable straps.

  6. Debbie

1 star off because the front stitching was coming undone and I’ll need to reinforce the stitching there, but the material is great and the sizing is true to size for an oversized fit.

  7. Cristiana Munroe

Love this romper, but bought a medium and needed a small. Returned and bought the small and it’s perfect! I’m 5’5”, 135

  8. Koah

Can’t beat the price. Just totally adorable and the denim is not too thick for the summer There was one minor problem that was super easy to fix. The hem is folded over to make a cuff and then tacked on side seams and the front and back- well on one of the tacks they folded the fabric one too many times. I just had to zip the stitches & all was fine. That’s probably why they were so cheap. Their mistake our gain.

  9. Amazon Customer

I wore this with the white mesh shirt under and got compliments

For comparison I’m about 5’5″ 135-140lbs. My technical measurements are 38/33/39 (but a deflated 32dd) so I’m kinda a square. I have a short torso but long legs. Men’s slim jeans(for work) I’m a solid 29w32l. Most women’s 8/10 or medium bottom. That prob doesn’t help anyone else but here it is. I ordered a SMALL in vintage denim blue.
Steps are adjustable. If you know how to adjust straps with 2 buckles they seem like they will hold and not slide. The buckles themselves don’t seem to be of heavy duty quality but I’m more familiar with true work wear overalls with heavy buckles. These seem functional for regular wear. (NO I didn’t purchase this expecting workwear.)
In the photos I still have about 6 inches of tail on the strap so they could be let out more. I didn’t do the squat test but since I wear alot of bib type outfits I felt as if the crotch was located at a similar distance from my body as most my other bibs with this extra length still available if needed to loosen farther.

Material is thinner than heavy weight quality denim. But it’s thicker than cotton tshirts. I feel it’s a nice appropriate weight for summer and will lay nicely because it isn’t super thing/clingy and will have a small amount of fall/structure. Tag shows 90% cotton. (Hence my end choices).
Pictures were straight from the bag w no iron or anything so yes they’re wrinkled.
In the example online the vintage denim had a more grey appearance and in person they’re def leaning a bit yellow like the 80s acid wash after it discolored. Which I’m not loving. And I ordered a small knowing it was iffy. The small does fit. A tad snug and had to wiggle it over my hips. (I’m used to extra buttons for adjustable sides) but i wasn’t squeezing into it by any means. It does fit well however I also wash almost everything on hot, and our hot is wood burner cycled hot water and will 100% shrink everything. So I’m opting to exchange it for a medium in a diff shade. If I trusted myself to do cold wash I’d 100% stay w a small. But I know me. 🙃 so I’ll get a medium and shrink to fit. 😆
But, overall I really like this item and I’m sad I have exchange it b c I really don’t care much for the color. It def looked more grey blue in pictures.

  12. Katie Burke

This is cute but didn’t fit me well. I’m 5’8”. I needed more length.

  13. Buck hunter

Love it love it love it. It is so loose and so comfortable. The only thing I would change is that the straps are too long and I had to tie them in the back. I tried to crisscross them, but it did not work. I love to get out of bed in the morning and put it on

  14. E

I love this shortall and it’s a great Free People dupe. It’s so comfortable! Fits true to size for something that is slightly roomy as the product pictures show.

  15. Chelsea B.

Just as awesome as all the other reviews stated. Loved more than I thought I would. I found size to be true. Very comfortable and well made. The adjustable straps are just what I needed to make it perfect for my long torso.

  16. Kassidy Salazar

Fit great. Super cute. Would buy again

  19. PCas

Thinner fabric than what it looks like , if you want oversized like the pic looks definitely size up! I am normally a 10/12 and ordered L

  20. Canada

Yikes! Smelled horrible, looks / feels very cheap, sizing way off.

  21. Tara

Super cute and comfy. I tried 2 sizes and while the M fit fine, I went with the L so they would have a baggy look as the style intended. I went with black and the only down side is the strong smell (I assume from the dye?) that I’m still trying to get out.
EDIT: So I have tried everything to get the SMELL out (soaked in vinegar, baking soda, BioKleen, sunshine, blasted them with an ozone machine and couple of times…) and the smell is still SO BAD. Burnt tires is the best comparison I can come up with.

  22. Katie Burke

I got this little jumper to wear on a cruise over my bikini and it did not disappoint. I absolutely loved this outfit. It was true to size and the straps stayed on my shoulders nicely. Overall it was extremely comfortable to walk in. I would recommend!

Edit: small fit perfect for my size

Very cute and good quality. I don’t find it tts though. I’m 5’4, 140 lbs (36-28-42) and the medium is too big, even though that’s the suggested size. It looks good from the front but that’s because I have the straps pulled as tight as possible, so there’s a lot of slack in the back with them dangling. Returning for a small and hoping it fits.

I recently purchased a this jump suit that is an excellent dupe for the Free People romper , and I couldn’t be happier with it! The quality is surprisingly great for the price—it’s soft, comfortable, and fits perfectly. The design is almost identical, making it a stylish yet affordable alternative. Whether for casual wear or layering, this romper is a fantastic find that won’t break the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on style!

    True to size!

Love these! So cute and comfortable. I have 2 pair, unfortunately on one of them the shoulder buckle broke on one side.

So cute! Soft denim, but true denim which is nice. Flattering cut and length. Good quality and fits well my post children body…. I’m 5’4” and weigh 170 lbs. I bought a large, I’d say it’s a perfect “loose” fit in my opinion

  38. Jody

This is cute but didn’t fit me well. I’m 5’8”. I needed more length.

  39. Madeline R

I do love these overalls. A little on the baggy side, but I ordered these postpartum and didn’t mind that. Love the pockets and the length. Just a fair heads up, the straps overhang in the back and you have to be REALLY mindful when going to the bathroom or they will end up in the toilet. But overall, great purchase!
