I purchased this item for a cruise. I needed a bag that could serve as a small beach bag and be taken around the ship like a purse. Cruise was 7 nights. I ended up using the bag to carry several bottles of water as well as a heavy camera. I wore it off the ship for excursions, wore it as a beach bag, as a purse. Everywhere I went I took it and it has held up well. Love it. By the looks of it, it will last a good while!

I wanted to love this bag because it’s a cute straw back pack but the flap doesn’t even have a weight to it or something to secure it (button, velcro or zipper) it just flap half way close when you have a stuff inside. The handle holding the purse doesn’t look sturdy, so if you carry a bit of weight the handle will easily give in. This can’t be used in high pick pocket crime places.
