This Vintage Denim Vest is a solid wardrobe staple. The heavy denim material gives it a quality feel that’s durable and substantial—definitely not flimsy. The oversized fit provides plenty of room for layering, whether over a sweater, t-shirt, or even a jumpsuit. I loved the deep pockets, which are practical for holding a phone or small essentials.
One thing to note is that it’s longer than typical vests, hitting below the hips, which can make it feel a bit bulky, but it’s still very comfortable. This piece balances trendy and casual perfectly, making it great for anything from running errands to a casual outing. A must-have for denim lovers!

And I mean that literally, as well as aesthetically. The tack buttons used in the making of this oversized jean vest/jacket don’t look like the buttons you’d normally find on any type of denim jacket, and as such, are very difficult to push through the button holes used to close them. Frankly, I don’t care if the implied style is to wear them unfastened, as they appear in the accompanying images – they should be functional, not just ornamental. A big minus for that.
On the positive side, they do look nice when worn over leather, a cable-knit sweater or turtleneck, even a smaller sized, full denim jacket of similar or contrasting color like black or grey. Easy to throw in the wash with your other denim garments – a tumble or gentle-dry setting leaves them looking virtually wrinkle proof.

I got a large to put it over sweatshirts. I don’t carry a big purse and this vest has big pockets inside too. Might get a medium for lighter clothing seasons. 140- 143 lbs. 5’5.

I bought this vest twice because the first one I bought smelled like chemicals. Second vest smells like chemicals also. I really love the vest. However after washing both vests 10 times, I can’t get the chemical smell out. Any suggestions. Warm, cold or hot water doesn’t work and machine or air drying doesn’t help either.

… buttoned or unbuttoned, there’s style here and it’s multi-seasonal; this is great with a turtleneck in the wintertime and impeccable with a t-shirt in spring and summer. Good weight to the denim – not too thick (soft) but solid and not flimsy. And it’s well-sized! Who can argue with more pockets? Seriously, this vest delivers; it quickly moved into my “favorites” category.

This vest is exactly as pictured. Made of a good quality medium weight denim. It’s got an oversized fit, so makes it pretty versatile and great for wearing either tshirts or sweaters underneath. Looks great on and all buttons work and seemed pretty stable. Would recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, fit, and color. The vest pairs really well with my jeans and is good quality, not cheap looking. The price is reasonable.
